NOTICE TO VACATE ATTN: MR. NEIL TAMON In lieu of the letter dated May 1, 2015, you were informed and notified of the possibilities in the event that you will fail to pay your remaining balance equivalent to six (6) months of rental payment or in the amount of P6,000.00. As of today, June 3, 2015, you have only rendered the following payments: P1,000 - paid via Cebuana Lhuillier P1,500 - paid on May 16, 2015, SM City Iloilo The said payments made minus your total overdue renders the amount of P3,500, which amount you have pledged to pay on the last week of May. However, despite the LESSOR's demand of payment, you failed to conform to your promise. Hence, this action notifying you to vacate on or before June 15, 2015. You were given several grace period by the LESSOR and will no longer accede to anymore of your request. Please peacefully vacate the premises on the said date and turnover to the LESSOR the furniture borrowed used by you prior to the rescission of your contract.
