Dear resident,

Starting in mid-September, The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) will be conducting archaeological digs around the Jacques Cartier Bridge, between Ste-Catherine and Érié streets. This area was identified as having significant archaeological potential, and exploratory drilling and archaeological digs will be carried out at various locations for approximately eight weeks. This work will be done during the day only and will not cause any traffic hindrances in the local network.

Cher résident, À compter de la mi-septembre, Les Ponts Jacques Cartier et Champlain Incorporée (PJCCI) effectuera des fouilles archéologiques sur les terrains aux abords du pont Jacques-Cartier, entre les rues Sainte-Catherine et Érié. Cette zone ayant été identifiée comme étant à haut potentiel archéologique, des travaux de forage exploratoire et des fouilles archéologiques seront effectués à divers endroits, pendant une période de huit semaines environ. Ces travaux seront effectués de jour uniquement et n’occasionneront aucune entrave sur le réseau local.
