Assist in the creation of maintenance of technical documentation, including network mapping and inventories of hardware and software components; 4. Troubleshoot internet activities; 5. Provide technical support for equipment related requests (photocopier, fax machine, printer, shredder, AV equipment, telephone, and other computing services) 6. Conduct research and evaluation of the performance of network technology/equipment and recommend replacement/procurement, if necessary; and 7. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time. General Scope of Work

Network administration

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide technical assistance in the installation, layout, and maintenance of all data communications network components;

2. Assist with/troubleshoot enterprise software;

3. Assist in the creation of maintenance of technical documentation, including network mapping and inventories of hardware and software components;

4. Troubleshoot internet activities;

5. Provide technical support for equipment related requests (photocopier, fax machine, printer, shredder, AV equipment, telephone, and other computing services)

6. Conduct research and evaluation of the performance of network technology/equipment and recommend replacement/procurement, if necessary; and

7. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
