1 AVERTISSEMENTCette station de relevage est soumise un contrle qualit permanent dans une usine certifie ISO 9001 et ISO 14001. Il bnficie dun haut niveau de performance, de scurit et de fiabilit dans la mesure o toutes les rgles dinstallation et den-tretien dcrites dans cette notice sont scrupuleu-sement respectes.

Cet appareil nest pas destin aux personnes (y compris les enfants) dont les capacits phy-siques, sensorielles ou mentales sont limites, ou auxquelles lexprience et les connaissances font dfaut, except si elles sont sous surveillance et reoivent les instructions ncessaires pour uti-liser lappareil, avec laide dune personne res-ponsable de leur scurit. Surveiller les enfants et veiller ce quils ne jouent pas avec lappareil.

2 APPLICATIONSCet appareil est une station de relevage compacte SANICUBIC 1 et SANICUBIC 1 WP sont des sta-tions de relevage spcialement dveloppes pour un usage individuel (pavillon ou petit local com-mercial).

SANICUBIC 2 Classic et SANICUBIC 2 Pro sont des stations de relevage spcialement dveloppes pour un usage individuel, commercial et petit col-lectif (petits immeubles, commerces, lieux publics).

SANICUBIC 2 XL est une station de relevage sp-cialement dveloppe pour un usage collectif (btiments professionnels, restauration, industries, coles, htels ou centres commerciaux).

Ces appareils sont conformes la norme EN 12050-1 (station de relevage pour effluents contenant des matires fcales) ainsi quaux directives Euro-pennes sur les produits de construction, la scu-rit lectrique et la compatibilit lectromagn-tique.

3 INSTALLATIONLa mise en service et la maintenance de cet appa-reil doivent tre effectues par un professionnel qualifi. Veuillez vous rfrer la norme dinstalla-tion EN 12056-4.

1- Attention : le local technique o sera install le SANICUBIC doit tre de dimension suffisante pour amnager un espace de travail de 600 mm mini-mum autour et au-dessus de lappareil de faon faciliter une maintenance ventuelle. Ce local doit tre clair, suffisamment ventil et protg contre le gel.2- Des vannes darrts (non fournies) doivent tre installes sur les entres deffluents ainsi que sur la conduite dvacuation.3- Cette conduite dvacuation doit tre conue pour viter tout reflux des gouts.Grce linstallation dune boucle anti-retour, situe au-dessus du niveau de reflux, le reflux est vit.Remarque : Sauf indications locales contraires, le niveau de reflux correspond au niveau de la voirie(routes, trottoirs). Continuez ce conduit aprs la boucle anti-retour par le tuyau dun diamtre sup-rieur.4- Linstallation dune pompe auxiliaire pour le drai-nage ventuel du local technique (en cas dinonda-tion) est recommande.5- La station de relevage doit tre are par dessus le toit.

RACCORDEMENT LECTRIQUE

1- Linstallation lectrique doit tre ralise par un lectricien qualifi. Linstallation lectrique doit correspondre aux normes en vigueur dans le pays.2- Lalimentation doit tre ralise en classe 1. Lap-pareil doit tre raccord un botier de connexion reli la terre. Le circuit dalimentation lectrique

doit tre protg par un disjoncteur diffrentiel haute sensibilit de 30 mA calibr 20 A. Ce raccor-dement doit servir exclusivement lalimentation du SANICUBIC.Si le cble de cet appareil est endommag, il doit tre remplac par le fabricant ou son SAV afin dvi-ter tout danger.

5 PRINCIPE DE FONCTIONNEMENT - SANICUBIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP contient 1 pompe quipe dun systme de dilacration haute performance.

- SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 Pro contient 2 pompes indpendantes. Chacune de ces pompes est quipe dun systme de dilacration haute performance.

Les 2 pompes fonctionnent chacune leur tour de manire alterne. En cas de fonctionnement anor-mal, les 2 moteurs fonctionnent simultanment (ou si lune des pompes est dfectueuse, lautre prend le relais).

- SANICUBIC 2 XL contient 2 pompes indpen-dantes avec chacune un passage libre de 55 mm.

La cuve est munie de 3 tubes plongeurs dont deux qui commandent la marche du moteur pour une double scurit, et le troisime le systme dalarme.

2 Tubes plongeurs longs

Lors dun fonctionnement normal, ds que les effluents atteignent le niveau denclenchement du tube long dans la cuve, le systme de pompage se met en marche.

Lors dun fonctionnement anormal, si les effluents atteignent le niveau haut dans la cuve (tube court), une alarme sonore et visuelle est enclenche et le systme de pompage se met en marche (sil nest pas dfaillant).

4 MISE EN SERVICE1- Une fois les raccordements hydrauliques et lec-triques effectus, vrifier ltanchit des raccorde-ments en laissant couler de leau successivement par chaque entre utilise. Sassurer du bon fonc-tionnement de lappareil en effectuant un essai en eau de 2 cycles de dmarrage au minimum.

2- ATTENTION : Ne pas faire fonctionner le moteur en marche for-ce (en appuyant sur la touche du clavier) avant davoir mis la pompe en eau. Un fonctionnement sec dteriore le systme de broyage.

6 FONCTIONNEMENT DU BOTIER OU DU CLAVIER DE COMMANDE DPORTFONCTIONNEMENT DU CLAVIER DE COM-MANDE SANICUBIC 1 (IP67)

1/ Alarmes gnrales :

Alarme de niveau :

Si le niveau deau lintrieur de lappareil est anormalement haut, la LED de lalarme sallume en rouge. Si par ailleurs cette LED clignote en rouge, cela indique un problme de dtection du niveau deau normal (Tube plongeur long).

Alarme temporaire :

Si le moteur tourne en continu pendant plus de 1 minute, la LED rouge de lalarme sallume.

2/ RAZ (Remise A Zro) alarme :

La touche du clavier ne permettra dteindre la LED rouge (redevient verte) que si le problme ayant dclench lalarme a t rsolu. Il permet en outre, darrter la sonnerie du botier dalarme dport.

- Si la LED est teinte, il ny a pas dalimentation lectrique.

- Quand lappareil est nouveau aliment, la LED verte clignote, signifiant que la tension secteur a momentanment disparu.

2/ RAZ (Remise A Zro) alarmes gnrales :

Si le problme ayant dclench une des alarmes ci-dessus disparat, la sirne sarrte, mais la LED rouge dalarme reste allume pour mmoriser le fait que le systme a rencontr un problme.

Les alarmes du botier d-port resteront galement actives tant que le pro-blme na pas t rsolu. Ceci permet dviter quun systme soit abandonn en dfaut.

Si un des 2 moteurs marche pendant plus de 1 mi-nute : dclenchement de la sirne + allumage de la LED rouge alarme + dmarrage de lautre moteur.

En cas de coupure secteur (ou lorsquon dbranche lappareil) : dclenchement de la sirne + allumage de la LED rouge alarme + clignotement de la LED jaune secteur.

7 FONCTIONNEMENT DU BOITIER DALARMEPour la fixation murale du botier se baser sur le visuel suivant :

Le botier dalarme du SANICUBIC ne ncessite pas dalimentation lectrique indpendante. Cette alimentation se fait par lintermdiaire du SANICUBIC. En cas de coupure de courant, laccu du boitier dalarme prend le relais.

Raccordement du botier de lalarme lappa-reil :

Connecter le cble dalarme directement au botier.

1/ La LED rouge de lalarme gnrale reproduit le fonctionnement de la LED correspondante de la carte de base. Le botier dalarme sonne en cas dalarme tant que le dfaut est prsent. Pour arr-ter cette sonnerie, appuyer sur le bouton RAZ (*) du clavier de lappareil ou sur le bouton situ sous le botier dalarme.

2/ La LED jaune secteur indique le statut de lali-mentation du botier dalarme

-allume fixe = SANICUBIC sous tension secteur

-clignotante = dfaut secteur sur le SANICUBIC

FONCTIONNEMENT DU BOTIER DALARME HF SANICUBIC 2 PRO

Le botier dalarme est en liaison HF -868 Mhz avec le SANICUBIC 2 Pro. Il reoit de celui-ci les diverses informations dalarme. Si dautres appareils fonc-tionnant en HF se trouvent perturbs par le sys-tme (ou linverse), il a t prvu une commutation du codage HF -868 Mhz, qui relie la carte de base et le botier dalarme dporte.

En cas dinterfrence avec dautres appareils HF ou dautres appareils SANICUBIC 2 Pro proximit, dbrancher lappareil et le module dport, com-muter 1 ou plusieurs des 4 switchs de la carte de lappareil (SW2),

et faire de mme sur la carte du botier dport.

Attention : le code doit tre le mme entre les 2 cartes.

Le botier dalarme comporte 3 LEDS et 1 buzzer.

1/ La LED rouge alarme gnrale reproduit le fonctionnement de la LED correspondante de la carte de base.

2/ La LED jaune rception HF reproduit le fonc-tionnement de la LED jaune secteur de la carte de base :

- allum en fixe = transmission OK, carte de base sous tension secteur

- clignotante = transmission OK, mais dfaut sec-teur sur la carte de base (qui fonctionne alors sur accu)

- teinte = pas de rception HF (vrifier que le code est le mme que sur la carte de base) ou perte de signal HF (distance trop importante) dcharge ou panne de la carte de base.

3/ La LED verte secteur indique le statut de lali-mentation du botier dalarme dporte :

- allume en fixe = botier sous tension secteur

- clignotante = dfaut secteur sur le botier (qui fonctionne alors sur accumulateur)

- teinte = panne du botier ou accumulateur du botier dcharg

4/ Le buzzer sonne en continue lors dune alarme. Il sarrte de sonner si les alarmes disparaissent ou si on appuie sur la touche RAZ Alarme gnrale.

10 DMONTAGEINSTRUCTIONS RSERVES EXCLUSIVEMENT AUX PROFESSIONNELS QUALIFIES

Dans le cas, o on ne parvient pas faire fonction-ner un moteur correctement, on peut dsactiver lutilisation de ce moteur en commutant le switch correspondant situ sur la carte. (SW1 : switch 1 et 2 pour moteur 1 et 2).

Le moteur dsactiv peut tre dmont. Lappa-reil fonctionnera sur le moteur restant.

11 CONDITION DE GARANTIELappareil est garanti deux ans compter de sa date dachat sous rserve dune installation et dune utilisation conformes la prsente notice.

Ne sera prise en compte par la garantie que lvacuation de papiers hyginiques, matires fcales et eaux sanitaires.

Tout dommage caus lappareil par le broyage de corps trangers tels que coton, tampons prio-diques, serviettes hyginiques, lingettes, produits alimentaires, prservatifs, cheveux, objets en mtal, en bois ou en plastique, ou le pompage de liquides tels que solvants ou huiles nentrerait pas dans le cadre de la garantie.

8 INSPECTION ET ENTRETIEN 1/ Inspection Le bon fonctionnement des stations de relevage deffluents devrait tre contrl par lexploitant une fois par mois en observant au moins deux cycles de dmarrage.

2/ Entretien La station doit tre rgulirement entretenue par un personnel qualifi. Les intervalles ne doivent pas dpasser : 1/4 anne pour les stations installes dans des sites commerciaux et industriels ; 1/2 anne pour les stations pour immeubles col-lectifs ; 1 anne pour les stations pour maisons indivi-duelles. Lors de lentretien, les travaux suivants doivent tre effectus : a) contrler ltanchit des points de raccorde-ment en inspectant la priphrie de la station et des robinetteries ; b) activer les robinets-vanne, contrler leur facilit de fonctionnement et leur tanchit (ventuelle-ment rgler et graisser) ; c) ouvrir et nettoyer le dispositif anti-retour ; contrler le positionnement et le clapet, contrler le fonctionnement ; d) nettoyer le dispositif de pompage et les conduites directement raccordes ; contrler les turbines ;e) nettoyage de lintrieur du rservoir ; f ) contrle visuel de la partie lectrique de la sta-tion ;

Concernant lentretien, il faut tablir un compte rendu en indiquant tous les travaux effectus et toutes les donnes essentielles.

Si des non-conformits ont t constates, et qui ne peuvent tre rsolues, le personnel qualifi charg des travaux dentretien doit en informer im-mdiatement par crit, avec accus de rception, lexploitant de la station.

3/ Contrat de maintenanceIl est conseill que les utilisateurs tablissent un contrat de maintenance pour une vrification et un entretien rgulier de lappareil.

1 DESCRIPTIONThis pumping station is (manufactured in a factory which is quality) certified to ISO 9001. Installed and used correctly, the unit will give consistent and reliable service.

This device is not designed for persons (in-cluding children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities, or those with minimal expe-rience and knowledge, unless they are moni-tored and are given the necessary instructions for using the device, with the help of a person responsible for their safety. Monitor children and make sure they do not play with the device.

2 APPLICATIONSSANICUBIC 1 and SANICUBIC 1 WP are pumping stations specially developed for individual use (de-tached house or small commercial premises).

SANICUBIC 2 Classic and SANICUBIC 2 Pro are pumping stations specially developed for indivi-dual, commercial and small community use (small buildings, shops, public places).

SANICUBIC 2 XL is a pumping station specially de-signed for community use (professional buildings, restaurants, industries, schools, hotels or shopping centres).

These devices comply with the EN 12050-1 stan-dard (pumping station for waste water contai-ning faeces) as well as the European directives on construction products, electrical safety and elec-tromagnetic compatibility.

3 INSTALLATIONThe SANICUBIC must be installed in compliance with standard EN12056-4. The equipment must be commissioned and maintained by a qualified pro-fessional specialist.

1- Attention: the space in which the SANICUBIC is to be installed must be large enough to leave at least 600 mm of working room around and above the unit to facilitate such maintenance work as may be required.There must be sufficient lighting, and it must be sufficiently well ventilated and protected from freezing.2-Isolating valves (not supplied) must be fitted on waste inlets (especially the 110mm inlets) and on the discharge to ensure that any service/maintenance may be carried out safely).3- The discharge pipe must be fitted so as to avoid all back flow from the drainage system (see the examples in drawing). Back flow can be avoided by installing an anti-back flow riser reaching a high point above the maximum back flow level.Comment: In the absence of local information to the contrary, the maximum back flow level corres-ponds to street level (roadway, pavements, etc.). Continue the discharge pipework after the anti-backflow riser, using a larger diameter pipe.4- If the SANICUBIC is installed in a space such as a pit for example, we would recommend the fitting of a bilge pump in case of flooding.5- The lifting station must be vented with an open vent outlet at roof level. Do not fit an air admit-tance vale as the pump will not function correctly.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS1- The electrical installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.The electrical installation must comply with the standards in force in the country concerned2- The power supply must be of the class 1 type. The unit must be connected via an earthed connection box. The electric power circuit must be protected by a high-sensitivity 30 mA differential circuit brea-ker set at 20 A. The connection must be used solely to power the SANICUBIC. If the power lead on the unit is damaged, it must be replaced by the manu-facturer or its after-sales service to avoid all danger.

5 OPERATING PRINCIPLE - SANICUBIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP contains 1 pump equipped with a high performance shred-ding system.

- SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 Pro contains two independent pumps. Each of these pumps is equipped with a high performance shredding system.

Both pumps operate alternately to ensure even ware. In case of surcharge operation, both motors run simultaneously (or if one pump fails, the other takes over).

- SANICUBIC 2 XL contains two independent pumps, each with a clearance of 55 mm.

The tank is equipped with three dip tubes, two of which control motor activation for double security, and the third controls the alarm system.

2 Long dip tubes

During normal operation, as soon as the effluents reach the long tubes activation level in the tank, the pumping system switches on.

Short dip tube

During surcharge operation, if the effluents reach the highest level in the tank (short tube), an au-dible and visual alarm system is activated and the pumping system switches on (if it is not faulty).

4 COMMISSIONING1- Once the plumbing and electrical connections have been made, check that the connections are watertight by letting water flow successively through each inlet used. Make sure that the unit is operating correctly by carrying out at least two start cycles with water to test the system.2 - WARNING! Do not operate the motors manual-ly (using the key pad) where no water has ente-red the SANICUBIC. Operation without water damages the maceration system.

6 CONTROL BOX OPERATIONSANICUBIC 1 CONTROL KEYPAD OPERATION (IP67)

1/ General alarms:

Level alarm:If the water level inside the device is abnormally high, the high level diptube microswitch will acti-vate the motor and the alarm LED lights up red. If this LED flashes red, it indicates a detection pro-blem for the normal water level (Long dip tube).

Time alarm:

If the motor runs continuously for more than 1 minute, the red LED alarm lights up.

2/ Reset alarm:

The button on the keypad will only allow you to turn off the red LED (it will turn green) if the pro-blem that triggered the alarm has been resolved. It also allows you to stop the buzzing from the remote alarm control.

Mains alarm:

- If the LED is off, there is no power supply.

- When the device is powered on again, and the LED flashes green, this indicates that the mains vol-tage has temporarily disappeared.

The SANICUBIC alarm unit does not require a separate power supply. The power is supplied through the SANICUBIC. In case of power failure, the alarm units battery takes over.

Connection of the alarm unit to the device:

Connect the alarm cable directly to the unit.

1/ The red general alarm LED reproduces the ope-ration of the corresponding LED on the SANICUBIC control panel. The alarm unit sounds as long as the fault is present. To stop the alarm, press the reset (*) button on the devices keypad or the button under the alarm unit.

2/ The yellow mains LED indicates the power sup-ply status of the alarm unit

-steadily glowing light = live SANICUBIC connec-ted to the mains supply

-flashing = power failure on the SANICUBIC.

OPERATION OF THE SANICUBIC 2 PRO H/F ALARM UNIT

The alarm unit is in HF connection -868 Mhz HF with the SANICUBIC 2 Pro. It receives various alarm information from it. If other devices operating in HF are disrupted by the system

(or vice versa), a commutation of the HF -868 Mhz coding has been anticipated, which connects the base card and the remote alarm unit.

In the event of interference with other HF devices or other SANICUBIC 2 Pro devices nearby, unplug the unit and the remote module, switch one or more of the 4 switches of the devices card (SW2).

and do the same on the remote units card.

Warning: the code must be the same for the 2 cards.

The alarm unit has 3 LEDs and 1 buzzer.

1/ The red general alarm LED reproduces the operation of the corresponding LED on the SANI-CUBIC control panel.

2/ The yellow HF reception LED reproduces the operation of the SANICUBIC control panels yellow mains LED:

8 INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE1/ InspectionThe proper running of the wastewater lifting sta-tion should be checked by user once a month ob-serving at least two starting cycles.

2/ MaintenanceThe lifting station has to be regularly maintained by a qualified person. Intervals should: Every 3 months for lifting stations installed in commercial premises Every 6 months for lifting stations installed in col-lective buildings Once a year for lifting stations installed in indivi-dual housesDuring maintenance, the following should be done:a) Check the watertightness of connections by checking pipework to and from the lifting station b) Activate the gate valves , check their smooth function and their watertightness ( grease if neces-sary)c) Open and clean up the non return-valve system, check it is functioning correctlyd) Clean up the pumping system and its connec-tions, check the impeller and the cutting system (for macerating pumps)e) Clean up the inside of the collecting tank f ) Visually check the lifting stations electrical control box functions

Once the checks have been made, restart the lifting station in compliance with the manual instructions to check its proper running.A report should be issued detailing the checks and any notable points.If non-compliances that cannot be solved have been found, the qualified person in charge of the maintenance work has to immediately inform the lifting stations user.

3/ Maintenance contractIt is advised to the users to establish a maintenance contract for regular maintenance and checking.

If one of the motors cannot be made to operate correctly, use of that motor can be disabled by setting the corresponding switch on the board (SW1: switches 1 and 2 for motors 1 and 2).

The motor thus disabled can be removed. The unit operates on the other motor.

11 GUARANTEE2 years guarantee as from its date of purchase subject to correct installation and correct use.

Only the disposal of toilet paper, faecal matter, and waste water will be under gua-rantee. Any damage due to foreign bodies such as cotton, condoms, sanitary towels, wet wipes, food, hair, metal, wood or plastic objects, will not be under guarantee. Solvents, acids and other chemicals can also cause damage to the unit, and will invalidate the guarantee.

2 ANWENDUNGENSANICUBIC 1 und SANICUBIC 1 WP sind Abwas-serhebeanlagen, die speziell fr den Einzelge-brauch entwickelt wurden (z.B.:Einfamilienhaus).

SANICUBIC 2 Classic und SANICUBIC 2 Pro sind Abwasserhebeanlagen, die speziell fr den Einzel-gebrauch entwickelt wurden, jedoch auch fr eine gewerbliche Nutzung oder kleine ffentliche Ein-richtungen (kleine Mietshuser, Geschfte, ffent-liche Gebude).

SANICUBIC 2 XL ist eine Wasserhebeanlage, die speziell fr eine gemeinschaftliche Nutzung entwickelt wurde (Firmengebude, Restaurants, Industrie, Schulen, Hotels oder Einkaufszentren).

Diese Gerte entsprechen der Norm EN 12050-1 (Wasserhebeanlagen fr Fkalien enthaltende Ablufe), sowie den europischen Richtlinien fr Produkte in der Bauwirtschaft, fr elektrische Si-cherheit und elektromagnetische Vertrglichkeit.

3 EINBAUDer Einbau, sowie Inbetriebnahme und War-tung dieses Gerts muss durch eine qualifizierte Fachkraft in bereinstimmung mit DIN EN 12056-4 / 12050-1 / DIN 1986-100 und unter Bercksichti-gung der Montageanleitung erfolgen.

1- Achtung : Der Raum in dem die Hebeanlage SA-NICUBIC installiert wird, muss ausreichend gro sein, um fr anfallende Wartung oder eventuelle Reparaturen ausreichend Zugnglichkeit von min-destens 600 mm rund um und ber dem Gert gewhrleisten ist. Der Aufstellraum muss ausreichend beleuchtet, gut belftet und gegen Frost geschtzt sein. 2- Vor den Abwassereinlufen und nach dem Fr-derstutzen bitte geeignete Absperrschieber (nicht im Lieferumfang) anbringen.3- Die Frder- bzw. Druckleitung, muss mittels Rckstauschleife ber die Rckstauebene verlegt werden, um einen vollstndigen Rckstauschutz zu erwirken. (siehe Zeichnung ).

Hinweis: Die Rckstauebene entspricht der Strae-noberkante, sofern von den regionalen Behrden keine anderweite Festlegung erfolgte.Nach der Rckstauschleife kann die horizontal ge-fhrte Leitung mit der nchst greren Dimension bei einem Geflle von 1%/m verlegt werden.

4- Bei Unterflurmontage ist der Schacht in die Hebeanalage Sani Cubic montiert ist mittels einer Havarie-/Tauchpumpe zu sichern.

5- Alle Hebeanalagen der Cubic Serie sind frei ber Dach zu Be- und Entlften.

6- Hebeanlagen der Schutzklasse IP67 nicht im Auenbereich verwenden.

STROMANSCHLUSS1- Der elektrische Anschluss muss von einem quali-fizierten Elektriker durchgefhrt werden. Der Anschluss muss den Richtlinien/Normen des Landes entsprechen. Fr Deutschland z. B. DINVDE 0100, Teil 701 (Feucht- und Nassrume, Fehlerstromschutzschal-ter (Nennauslsestrom von 30 mA).2- Die Stromzufuhr des Gerts ist ber eine Siche-rung 10A zufhren, muss geerdet sein (Klasse I) und durch einen FI-Schalter (30mA) ab gesichert werden. Der Stromanschluss darf ausschlielich der Stromzufuhr der Hebeanalage SANICUBIC dienen. Arbeiten/Reparaturen am E-Bereich der Anlage drfen nur durch vom Hersteller eingewiesene Servicemitarbeiter oder von qualifizierten Elektro-fachkrften ausgefhrt werden.

5 FUNKTIONSPRINZIP - SANICUBIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP enthlt 1 Pumpe, die mit einem Hochleistungs-Zerkleine-rungssystem ausgerstet ist.- SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 Pro enthlt 2 voneinander unabhngig arbeitenden Pumpen.

Jede einzelne Pumpe ist mit einem Hochleistungs-Zerkleinerungssystem ausgerstet.

Die 2 Pumpen arbeiten im Wechsel.

Bei lngerer Laufzeit eines Motors (>1min.) wird der zweite Motor aktiviert, es laufen beide Moto-ren gleichzeitig bis der Behlter entleert ist.Bei einem defekt einer Pumpe wird diese durch die andere im Betrieb ersetzt

- SANICUBIC 2 XL enthlt 2 voneinander unabhn-gige arbeitende Pumpen mit jeweils 55 mm Durchlass.Der Tank ist mit 3 Tauchrohren zur Ansteuerung versehen, von denen zwei als doppelte Sicherheit den Motorbetrieb steuern, dass Dritte dient zur Steuerung des Alarmsystems.

Niveausteuerung: 2 lange Tauchrohre Im Normalbetrieb startet das Pumpsystem, sobald das Abwasser die Einschalthhe des langen Rohrs im Tank erreicht.

Alarmsteuerung: kurzes TauchrohrBei einer anormalen Funktion (z.B.: zu hoher Was-serstand, Ansteuerung kurzes Rohr) wird ein optis-cher- und akustischer Alarm ausgelst, die Pumpe wird gestartet.

4 INBETRIEBNAHMEDie Hebeanlage ist nach geltenden technischen Richtlinien (DIN EN 12056) in Betrieb zunehmen!1- Sobald die hydraulischen und elektris-chen Anschlsse gemacht sind, erfolgt die Dichtheitsprfung der Abwassereinleitungen: Las-sen Sie hierfr nacheinander die verschiedenen ve-rwendeten Einlufe laufen und berprfen Sie den ordnungsgemen Betrieb, indem Sie mindestens zwei Entleerungszyklen vollstndig abwickeln.

2- VORSICHT : Die Motoren nicht ber Handauslsung trocken laufen lassen bevor die Pumpe ans Wasser anges-chlossen wurde. Ein Trockenbetrieb kann das Schneidwerk beschdigen.

6 FUNKTION DES ALARMMODULSAnzeige Bedienfeld SANICUBIC 1 (IP67

1/ Alarmmeldung:

Wasserstands-Alarm:Wenn der Wasserstand im Gert unnormal hoch ist (z.B.: Niveau nicht angesteuert), leuchtet die Strmelde Alarm-LED rot auf und ein akustischer Alarm ertnt.

Blinkt die rote LED, zeigt dies ein Problem bei der Erkennung des normalen Wasserstandes an (langes Tauchrohr).

RAZ Alarme

Zeit-Alarm:Luft ein Motor lnger als 1 Minute, wird die rote Alarm-LED angesteuert, diese bleibt bestehen bis die Strung quittiert wurde, zudem wird eine akus-tische Meldung aktiviert.

2/ Rcksetzen des Alarms:Taste drcken, um Strmeldung zu quittiert, dies setzt auch die Anzeige des externen Melders zurck.

Es sollte unbedingt der Auslser der Strung err-tert werden!!!

Netzstrom-Alarm:- Leuchtet die grne LED nicht, ist die Stromversor-gung unterbrochen.

- Wenn das Gert wieder mit Strom versorgt wird, blinkt die grne LED und zeigt an, dass die Netzs-pannung zeitweilig unterbrochen war, Taste drc-ken die LED leuchtet wieder bestndig grn.

FUNKTION DES ALARMS1/ Allgemeiner Alarm:

Wasserstands-Alarm:Ist der Wasserstand im Gert anormal hoch, wird der akustische Alarm ausgelst, die rote LED signa-lisiert den Alarm optisch, der Pumpvorgang wird gestartet. Wenn diese LED auerdem rot blinkt, zeigt dies ein Problem bei der Erkennung des normalen Wassers-tandes an (Niveau: langes Tauchrohr).

Zeit-Alarm:Luft ein Motor lnger als 1 Minute wird die rote Alarm-LED aktiviert, zudem wird whrend dem Betrieb eine akustische Meldung ausgegeben.

Netzstrom-Alarm:Wird die Anlage vom Stromnetz getrennt, lst das akustische Signal aus, die rote Alarm LED leuchtet auf, zustzlich blinkt die gelbe LED der Stromver-sorgung.

2/ Rcksetzen des Alarms:Ist der Pumpvorgang beendet wird auch das akus-tische Signal abgeschaltet, die optische Strmel-dung (rote LED) bleibt bestehen bis die Strung am Gert quittiert wurde, um auf einen anormalen Betrieb hinzuweisen.

Whrend des Betriebs kann das Alarmsignal mit der Resettaste abgeschaltet werden, die Strung selbst kann jedoch erst komplett zurckgesetzt werden wenn die Anlage den Pumpvorgang been-det hat.

Durch das Rcksetzen des Alarms an der Anlage wird auch die Meldung an dem externen Alarmge-ber quittiert, so wird vermieden das eine Strung des Betriebs der Anlage bergangen wird. UNBE-DINGT DIE URSACHE DER STRUNG ERRTERN!!!

Wenn diese LED auerdem rot blinkt, zeigt dies ein Problem bei der Erkennung des normalen Wassers-tandes an (Niveau: langes Tauchrohr).

Zeit-Alarm:Luft ein Motor lnger als 1 Minute wird der zweite Motor zugeschaltet, die rote Alarm-LED leuchtet, diese bleibt bestehen bis die Strung quittiert wurde, zudem wird whrend dem Betrieb eine akustische Meldung ausgegeben.

Netzstrom-Alarm:Wird die Anlage vom Stromnetz getrennt, lst das akustische Signal aus, die rote Alarm LED leuchtet auf, zustzlich blinkt die gelbe LED der Stromver-sorgung.

2/ Rcksetzen des Alarms:Ist der Pumpvorgang beendet wird auch das akus-tische Signal abgeschaltet, die optische Strmel-dung (rote LED) bleibt bestehen bis die Strung am Gert quittiert wurde, um auf einen anormalen Betrieb hinzuweisen.

Whrend des Betriebs kann das Alarmsignal mit der Resettaste abgeschaltet werden, die Strung selbst kann jedoch erst komplett zurckgesetzt werden wenn die Anlage den Pumpvorgang been-det hat.

Durch das Rcksetzen des Alarms an der Anlage wird auch die Meldung an dem externen Alarmge-ber quittiert, so wird vermieden das eine Strung des Betriebs der Anlage bergangen wird. UNBE-DINGT DIE URSACHE DER STRUNG ERRTERN!

7 FUNKTION DES ALARMMELDERS Wandbefestigung des Alarmmelders:

FUNKTION DES KABELALARMMELDER SANICU-BIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP/SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 XL

Der Kabelalarmmelder des SANICUBIC braucht keine eigene Stromversorgung. Die Stromver-sorgung erfolgt ber den SANICUBIC. Bei Stro-mausfall bernimmt der Akku im Alarmmelder die Stromversorgung.

Anschluss des Alarmmelders an das Gert:

Das von der Hebeanlage kommende Kabel an der Buchse des Melders anschlieen.

1/ Die Strmeldung am Gert wird auf das Melde-modul bertragen die rote LED fr Alarm leuchtet, ein akustisches Signal ertnt, so lange der Strbe-trieb vorherrscht.

Um das akustische Signal abzuschalten, drcken Sie den Resetknopf unten am Gehuse des Melders (siehe Abb.)

2/ Die gelbe LED Netzspannung zeigt die Stromversorgung des Alarmgeber an.

-leuchtet dauernd = SANICUBIC hat Netzspan-nung

-blinkt = fehlende Netzspannung am SANICUBIC.

FUNKTION DES H/F FUNKALARMMELDER SANI-CUBIC 2 PRO

Der FUNKALARMMELDER ist ber eine 868 Mhz - HF-Funkverbindung mit dem SANICUBIC 2 Pro verbunden.ber diese erhlt das Alarmmodul die unterschie-dliche Informationen von der Steuerplatine der Hebeanlage.Befinden sich andere Gerte in der Nhe oder eine 2. Sani Cubic die diese Frequenz nutzen, kann das System gestrt werden.Eine nderung der Frequenz: kann ber die vier Schalter auf den Platinen der Hebeanlage sowie auf der Platine des Alarmgebers erfolgen. (siehe Abb.) Hierzu beide Gerte vom Stromnetz trennen und einen oder mehrere der vier Schalter (SW2) auf der Platine der Hebeanlage umschalten.

2/ Die gelbe LED am Meldemodul signalisiert die intakte Funkverbindung und die Stromversorgung der Hebeanlage.

- blinkt = Funkverbindung OK, kein Strom an der Hauptplatine der Hebeanlage (nur Akkubetrieb)

- leuchtet nicht = keine Funkverbindung

berprfen, ob der Code mit dem auf der Haupt-platine bereinstimmt, Signalverlust durch zu groe Entfernung oder Strung baulicher Gege-benheiten (Metall), Hauptplatine ohne Strom oder defekt.

3/ Die grne LED Netzspannung zeigt die Stromversorgung des Alarmmelders an:

- leuchtet durchgehend = Meldemodul unter Netzspannung

- blinkt = fehlende Netzspannung Meldemodul (Akkubetrieb)

- leuchtet nicht = Meldemodul defekt oder Akku leer

4/ Der akustische Alarm ertnt durchgehend bei einer Strung. Ist die Strung behoben wird auch das Alarmsignal ausgeschaltet, das Alarmsignal kann mit der Resettaste an der Unterseite des Mel-ders auch whrend einer Strung quittiert werden.

Fr den Fall das ein defekter Motor nicht sofort aus-getauscht warden kann, besteht die Mglichkeit den defekten Motor mittels der beiden Schalter (SW1) auf der Platine der Hebeanlage stillzulegen.

(SW1: Switch 1: Motor 1 und switch 2: fr Motor 2).

Durch zuschalten des jeweiligen Switch wird der Motor wieder in Betrieb genommen.

8 KONTROLLE UND WARTUNG1/ KontrolleDer Benutzer sollte die Funktion der Abwasserhe-beanlage ein Mal pro Monat anhand von mindes-tens zwei Anfahrzyklen berprfen.

2/ WartungDie Hebeanlage muss regelmig von einer quali-fizierten Fachperson gewartet werden. Wartungs-frequenzen: Alle 3 Monate bei Hebeanlagen in gewerblichen Einrichtungen Alle 6 Monaten bei Hebeanlagen in Mehrfamilien-husern Ein Mal pro Jahr bei Hebeanlagen in PrivathusernDie Wartung sollte folgende Arbeiten beinhalten:a) berprfen der Wasserdichtigkeit durch Kontrolle Rohrleitungen am Ein- und Ausgang der Hebeanlage b) Aktivieren der Absperrventile, berprfen auf reibungslose Funktion und Wasserdichtigkeit (bei Bedarf schmieren)c) Rckschlagventile ffnen und reinigen, Funktion berprfend) Reinigung des Pumpensystems und seiner An-schlsse, Kontrolle des Flgelrads und des Zerklei-nerungssystems (bei Zerkleinerungspumpen)e) Innenreinigung des Sammeltanks f ) Sichtkontrolle der elektrischen Schaltschrank-funktionen der Hebeanlage

Nach Durchfhrung der Kontrollen die Hebeanlage entsprechend den Anweisungen im Handbuch neu anfahren und prfen, ob sie korrekt funktioniert.In den Wartungsberichten sind alle Kontrollen und gegebenenfalls besondere Punkte zu vermerken.Wenn Mngel festgestellt werden, die nicht zu beheben sind, muss die qualifizierte Wartungs- Fachperson sofort den Benutzer der Hebeanlage informieren.

3/ WartungsvertragDen Benutzern wird empfohlen, einen Wartungs-vertrag fr die regelmigen Wartungen und Kontrollen abzuschlieen.

Questo apparecchio non deve essere utiliz-zato da persone (bambini compresi) con ridotte capacit fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o con espe-rienza o conoscenza inadeguate, se non dietro supervisione o istruzione iniziale sullutilizzo dellapparecchio da parte di una persona respon-sabile della loro sicurezza. Sorvegliare i bambini per accertarsi che non giochino con lapparec-chio.

2 APPLICAZIONISANICUBIC 1 e SANICUBIC 1 WP sono stazioni di pompaggio appositamente sviluppate per uso privato (ville unifamiliari o piccole attivit commer-ciali).

SANICUBIC 2 Classic e SANICUBIC 2 Pro sono stazioni di pompaggio appositamente sviluppate per uso privato, commerciale e di piccole comunit (piccoli edifici, negozi, luoghi pubblici).

SANICUBIC 2 XL una stazione di pompaggio appositamente progettata per luso in comunit (edifici professionali, ristoranti, industrie, scuole, hotel o centri commerciali).

Questi apparecchi sono conformi alla norma EN 12050-1 (stazione di pompaggio per acque reflue contenenti feci) e anche alle direttive europee su prodotti edili, sicurezza elettrica e compatibilit elettromagnetica.

3 INSTALLAZIONEIl SANICUBIC deve essere installato in conformit con la norma EN12056-4. La messa in servizio e la manutenzione di questo apparecchio devono es-sere eseguite da un professionista qualificato.

1- Attenzione: il locale in cui va installato il SANICUBIC deve essere abbastanza largo da las-ciare almeno600 mm di spazio di lavoro attorno e al di sopra dellapparecchio per facilitare le operazioni di ma-nutenzione che potranno essere necessarie.Questo locale deve essere sufficientemente illumi-nato, ben ventilato e protetto dal gelo.2- Delle valvole di isolamento (non fornite) devono essere installate sugli ingressi dellacqua (soprat-tutto gli ingressi da 110 mm) e sullo scarico per assicurare che qualsiasi intervento/manutenzione possa essere effettuato in modo sicuro.3- Il tubo di scarico deve essere installato in modo da evitare ogni riflusso dal condotto di drenaggio (vedere gli esempi nel disegno). Il riflusso pu essere evitato installando una colonna montante anti-riflusso che raggiunge un punto alto sopra il massimo livello di riflusso.Commento: salvo indicazioni locali contrarie, il livello massimo di riflusso corrisponde al livello della strada (manto stradale, marciapiedi, ecc.). Continuare la tubazione di scarico dopo la colonna montante anti-riflusso, usando un tubo di diame-tro pi largo.4- Se il SANICUBIC installato in uno spazio come una fossa per esempio, raccomandiamo linstalla-zione di una pompa ausiliaria in caso di inonda-zione.5- La stazione di sollevamento deve essere aerata tramite un foro di aerazione a livello del tetto. Non installare una valvola di entrata daria poich la pompa non funzionerebbe correttamente.

COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI

1- Il lavoro dellimpianto elettrico deve essere effet-tuato da un elettricista qualificato.

Limpianto elettrico deve essere conforme alle norme in vigore nel paese interessato.2- Lalimentazione elettrica deve essere di classe 1. Lunit deve essere collegata tramite una scatola di collegamento con messa a terra. Il circuito dellali-mentazione elettrica deve essere protetto da un in-terruttore differenziale ad alta sensibilit 30 mA im-postato a 20 A. Il collegamento deve essere usato esclusivamente per alimentare il SANICUBIC. Se il cavo di alimentazione sullunit danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal fabbricante o dal suo ser-vizio assistenza post-vendita per evitare pericoli.

5 PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO - SANICUBIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP contiene 1 pompa munita di un sistema di triturazione ad alte prestazioni.

- SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 Pro contiene due pompe indipendenti. Ognuna di queste pompe dotata di un sistema di triturazione ad alte prestazioni.

Le due pompe funzionano alternativamente per assicurare un funzionamento regolare. In caso di funzionamento in sovraccarico, entrambi i motori funzionano contemporaneamente (o se una pom-pa non funziona, subentra laltra).

- SANICUBIC 2 XL contiene due pompe indipen-denti, ognuna con un passaggio da 55 mm.

Il serbatoio dotato di tre tubi pescanti, due dei quali controllano lattivazione del motore per una doppia sicurezza, e il terzo controlla il sistema dal-larme.

Durante il normale funzionamento, non appena gli effluenti raggiungono il livello di attivazione del tubo lungo nel serbatoio, il sistema di pompaggio si accende.

Tubo pescante corto

Durante il funzionamento in sovraccarico, se gli ef-fluenti raggiungono il livello pi alto nel serbatoio (tubo corto), attivato un sistema di allarme so-noro e visivo e il sistema di pompaggio si accende (se non difettoso).

4 MESSA IN SERVIZIO1- Una volta che sono stati fatti i collegamenti idraulici ed elettrici, controllare che i collegamenti siano stagni allacqua lasciando che lacqua scorra successivamente attraverso ogni ingresso usato. Accertarsi che lunit funzioni correttamente ese-guendo almeno due cicli di avviamento con acqua per testare il sistema.

2 - ATTENZIONE! Non azionare i motori manual-mente (usando la tastiera) se non entrata acqua nel SANICUBIC. Il funzionamento senza acqua danneggia il sistema di triturazione.

6 FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA SCATOLA DI CONTROLLOFUNZIONAMENTO DELLA TASTIERA DI CONTROLLO DI SANICUBIC 1 (IP67)

1/ Allarmi generali :

Allarme di livello

Se il livello dellacqua allinterno dellapparecchio anormalmente alto, il micro-interruttore di livello alto del tubo pescante attiver il motore e il LED dellallarme si accende di rosso. Se questo LED lam-peggia di rosso, indica un problema di rilevamento per il normale livello dellacqua (tubo pescante lungo).

RAZ Alarme

Allarme di tempo

Se il motore funziona in modo continuo per pi di 1 minuto, si accende il LED rosso di allarme.

2/ Allarme di reset

Il pulsante sulla tastiera consentir solo di spe-gnare il LED rosso (diventer verde) se il problema che ha provocato lallarme stato risolto. Consente anche di arrestare il segnale acustico dal controllo remoto dellallarme.

Allarmi di alimentazione

- Se il LED spento, non c alimentazione elettrica.

- Quando lapparecchio alimentato di nuovo, e il LED lampeggia di verde, questo indica che la tensione di alimentazione temporaneamente scomparsa.

2/ Reset dellallarme generale

Se il problema che ha provocato uno degli allarmi di cui sopra scompare, il segnalatore acustico si ar-resta, ma il LED rosso di allarme rimane acceso per ricordare che il sistema ha riscontrato un problema.

Il tasto della tastiera permette di arrestare la sirena in tutti i casi, ma potr far spegnere il LED rosso solo se il problema che ha provocato lallarme stato risolto. Anche gli allarmi dalla scatola remota rimangono attivi finch il problema non stato risolto. Questo evita che il sistema sia abbando-nato per impostazione predefinita.

FUNZIONAMENTO DELLALLARME

1/ Allarmi generali :

Allarme di livello

Uno dei due tasti della tastiera arrester il segnala-tore acustico in tutti i casi, ma spegner il LED rosso solo se il problema che ha fatto scattare lallarme stato risolto. Anche gli allarmi dalla scatola remota rimangono attivi finch il problema non stato risolto. Questo evita che il sistema sia lasciato ina-vvertitamente in uno stato difettoso.

7 FUNZIONAMENTO DELLUNIT DI ALLARMEPer il montaggio a muro dellunit, usare la seguente immagine come guida:

Lunit di allarme del SANICUBIC non richiede unalimentazione elettrica separata. Lalimenta-zione fornita attraverso il SANICUBIC. In caso di guasto dellalimentazione, subentra la batteria dellunit di allarme.

Collegamento dellunit di allarme allapparec-chio:

Collegare il cavo di allarme direttamente allunit.

1/ Il LED rosso di allarme generale riproduce il fun-zionamento del LED corrispondente sul pannello di controllo del SANICUBIC. Lunit di allarme suona per tutto il tempo in cui presente il guasto. Per ar-restare lallarme, premere il pulsante reset (*) sulla tastiera dellapparecchio o il pulsante sotto lunit di allarme.

2/ Il LED giallo rete indica lo stato dellalimenta-zione elettrica dellunit di allarme

- luce accesa in modo fisso = SANICUBIC acceso e connesso allalimentazione di rete

- lampeggiante = guasto di alimentazione sul SANI-CUBIC.

FUNZIONAMENTO DELLUNIT DI ALLARME DI SANICUBIC 2 PRO H/F

Lunit di allarme in collegamento HF -868 Mhz HF con il SANICUBIC 2 Pro. Riceve dallapparec-chio varie informazioni di allarme. Se altri appa-recchi funzionanti in HF sono disturbati dal sistema (o viceversa), stata prevista una commutazione della codifica HF -868 MHz, che collega la scheda di base e lunit di allarme remota.

In caso di interferenza con altri apparecchi HF o altri apparecchi SANICUBIC 2 Pro nelle vicinanze, staccare lunit e il modulo remoto, commutare uno o pi dei 4 interruttori della scheda dellappa-recchio (SW2).

Attenzione: il codice deve essere uguale per le 2 schede.

Lunit di allarme ha 3 LED e 1 segnalatore acustico.

1/ Il LED rosso allarme generale riproduce il fun-zionamento del LED corrispondente sul pannello di controllo del SANICUBIC.

2/ Il LED giallo ricezione HF riproduce il funziona-mento del LED giallo di rete del pannello di control-lo del SANICUBIC:

- luce fissa = trasmissione OK, il pannello di control-lo del SANICUBIC connesso allalimentazione di rete

- intermittente = trasmissione OK, ma guasto dellalimentazione sul pannello di controllo del SANICUBIC (che quindi funziona con la batteria)

- off = nessuna ricezione HF (verificare che il co-dice sia uguale a quello del pannello di controllo del SANICUBIC) o perdita del segnale HF (troppo lontano) scaricamento o guasto del pannello di controllo del SANICUBIC.

3/ Il LED verde rete indica lo stato dellalimenta-zione dellunit di allarme remoto:

- luce fissa = unit accesa e connessa allalimenta-zione di rete

- lampeggiante = guasto di rete sullunit (che quindi funziona sulla batteria)

- off = guasto dellunit o batteria scarica

4/ Il segnalatore acustico suona continuamente durante un allarme. Arresta il segnalatore acustico se la causa dellallarme scompare o se si preme il pulsante di reset dellallarme generale.

10 MONTAGGIOISTRUZIONI RISERVATE ESCLUSIVAMENTE A PRO-FESSIONISTI QUALIFICATI

Se non si riesce a far funzionare correttamente uno dei motori, luso di quel motore pu essere disatti-vato impostando linterruttore corrispondente sul-la scheda (SW1: interruttore 1 e 2 per motori 1 e 2).

Il motore cos disattivato pu essere rimosso. Lunit funziona sullaltro motore.

11 GARANZIA2 anni di garanzia a partire dalla data di acquisto subordinata alla corretta installazione e al corretto uso.

Sar coperto dalla garanzia esclusivamente lo smaltimento di carta igienica, materia fecale e acque reflue. Qualsiasi danno dovuto a corpi estranei come cotone, preservativi, assorbenti igienici, fazzolettini bagnati, cibo, capelli, og-getti di metallo, legno o plastica, non sar co-perto dalla garanzia. Solventi, acidi e altri pro-dotti chimici possono causare danni allunit, e invalideranno la garanzia.

9 GUIDA ALLA RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI

8 ISPEZIONE E MANUTENZIONE1/ IspezioneIl corretto funzionamento della stazione di solleva-mento delle acque reflue deve essere controllato dallutente una volta al mese osservando almeno due cicli di avviamento.

2/ ManutenzioneLa stazione di sollevamento deve ricevere regolare manutenzione da un tecnico qualificato. Intervalli previsti: Ogni 3 mesi per stazioni di sollevamento installate in locali commerciali Ogni 6 mesi per stazioni di sollevamento installate in edifici collettivi Una volta allanno per stazioni di sollevamento installate in singole abitazioni Durante la manutenzione, bisogna fare quanto segue: a) Controllare la tenuta delle connessioni control-lando le tubazioni da e verso la stazione di solle-vamento b) Attivare le valvole a saracinesca, controllarne il regolare funzionamento e la tenuta (applicare grasso, se necessario) c) Aprire e pulire il sistema di valvole di non ritorno, controllarne il corretto funzionamento d) Pulire il sistema di pompaggio e le sue connes-sioni, controllare il girante e il sistema di taglio (per macerazione delle pompe) e) Pulire linterno del serbatoio di raccolta f ) Controllare visivamente le funzioni della scatola di controllo elettrica della stazione di sollevamento

Una volta effettuati i controlli, riavviare la stazione di sollevamento in conformit con le istruzioni del manuale per controllarne il corretto funzionamen-to. Dovrebbe essere rilasciato un rapporto con i det-tagli dei controlli e di eventuali punti rimarchevoli Se sono stati trovati problemi che non possono es-sere risolti, il tecnico qualificato incaricato dei lavori di manutenzione deve informare immediatamente lutente della stazione di sollevamento.

3/ Contratto di manutenzioneSi consiglia agli utenti di sottoscrivere un contratto di manutenzione per la regolare manutenzione e controllo.

1 DESCRIPCINEsta estacin de bombeo (de fabricacin de cali-dad) cuenta con la certificacin ISO 9001 y ISO 14001. El aparato, instalado y utilizado correcta-mente, prestar un servicio constante y fiable.

Este aparato no ha sido diseado para per-sonas (incluyendo nios) con capacidades fsicas, sensoriales o mentales limitadas o para quienes tengan poca experiencia y conocimiento, a me-nos que sean vigiladas y se les den las instruc-ciones necesarias para la utilizacin del aparato, con la ayuda de una persona responsable de su seguridad. Vigile a los nios y asegrese de que no jueguen con el aparato.

2 APLICACIONESSANICUBIC 1 y SANICUBIC 1 WP son estaciones de bombeo especialmente desarrolladas para el uso individual (vivienda unifamiliar o pequeo local comercial).

SANICUBIC 2 Classic y SANICUBIC 2 Pro son esta-ciones de bombeo especialmente desarrolladas para el uso individual, comercial y de pequeos edificios colectivos (edificios pequeos, tiendas, lugares pblicos).

SANICUBIC 2 XL es una estacin de bombeo es-pecialmente diseada para el uso en edificios de colectividad (edificios profesionales, restaurantes, industrias, escuelas, hoteles o centros comerciales).

Estos aparatos cumplen con la norma EN 12050-1 (estacin de bombeo para aguas residuales que contienen heces), as como las directrices europeas sobre los productos de construccin, seguridad elctrica y compatibilidad electromagntica.

3 INSTALACINSANICUBIC debe instalarse en conformidad con la norma EN12056-4. El equipo debe ser puesto en funcionamiento y mantenido por un profesional cualificado.

1- Atencin: el lugar donde se va a instalar SANI-CUBIC debe ser bastante amplio como para dejar, al menos,

600 mm de espacio de trabajo alrededor y encima de la unidad, para facilitar el trabajo de manteni-miento que se pudiera necesitar.

Debe haber suficiente luz, buena ventilacin y es-tar protegido contra el hielo.

2- Se deben instalar vlvulas de cierre (no incluidas) en las entradas de aguas residuales (especialmente en las de 110 mm) y en la de evacuacin, para garantizar que cualquier ser-vicio/mantenimiento se pueda efectuar de for-ma segura.3- El conducto de evacuacin debe instalarse de tal manera que evite cualquier reflujo proveniente del sistema general de desage (ver los ejemplos de los dibujos). El reflujo puede evitarse instalando un bucle antiretroceso por encima del nivel mximo de reflujo.

Observacin: en ausencia de informacin local que indique lo contrario, el nivel mximo de reflujo cor-responde al nivel de la calle (calzada, acera, etc.). Despus del bucle antiretroceso, el recorrido de evacuacin se podr realizar con un tubo de mayor dimetro.

4- En caso de instalar SANICUBIC en un lugar como un local tcnico, recomendamos la instala-cin de una bomba de achique si existe un riesgo de inundacin.

5- La estacin de bombeo debe tener un sistema de ventilacin al nivel del techo. No instale una vlvula de admisin de aire, porque la bomba no funcionar correctamente.

CONEXIN ELCTRICA1- La instalacin elctrica debe ser efectuada por un electricista cualificado.

Dicha instalacin debe cumplir con las normas en vigor del pas.

2- El suministro de energa elctrica debe ser de clase 1. El aparato debe conectarse a travs de una caja de conexin estanca, conectada a tierra. El circuito elctrico debe estar protegido por un disyuntor diferencial de alta sensibilidad de 30 mA ajustado en 20 A. La conexin debe servir nica-mente para alimentar el SANICUBIC. Si el cable de alimentacin de este aparato estuviera daado, debe ser reemplazado por el fabricante o su servi-cio posventa para evitar cualquier peligro.

5 PRINCIPIO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO - SANICUBIC 1/SANICUBIC 1 WP contiene 1 bomba equipada con un sistema de trituracin de alto rendimiento.

- SANICUBIC 2 Classic/SANICUBIC 2 Pro contiene dos bombas independientes. Cada una de estas bombas est equipada con un sistema de tritura-cin de alto rendimiento.

Ambas bombas funcionan de forma alternada para asegurar una evacuacin regular. En caso de sobre-carga, ambos motores funcionan simultneamente (o si falla una de las bombas, la otra la reemplaza).

- SANICUBIC 2 XL cuenta con dos turbinas inde-pendientes, cada con un pase libre de 55 mm.

El depsito est equipado con tres tubos de inmer-sin, dos de ellos controlan la activacin del motor para doble seguridad y el tercero controla el sis-tema de alarma.

Durante un funcionamiento normal, en cuanto las aguas residuales alcanzan el nivel de activacin del tubo largo del depsito, el sistema de bombeo se pone en funcionamiento.

Tubo de inmersin corto

Durante un funcionamiento en sobrecarga, si las aguas residuales alcanzan el nivel ms alto del depsito (tubo corto), se activa un sistema de alar-ma sonoro y visual y el sistema de bombeo se pone en funcionamiento.

4 PUESTA EN SERVICIO1- Despus de haber efectuado los empalmes de fontanera y electricidad, verifique que las conexiones son hermticas dejando correr agua sucesivamente a travs de cada entrada utilizada. Asegrese de que el aparato funciona correcta-mente efectuando al menos dos ciclos de arranque con agua para probar el sistema.

2 - ADVERTENCIA! No haga funcionar los mo-tores manualmente (utilizando el teclado) cuan-do no hay agua en el SANICUBIC. El funciona-miento en seco daa el sistema de trituracin.

6 FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PANEL DE CONTROLFUNCIONAMIENTO DEL PANEL DE CONTROL DE SANICUBIC 1 (IP67)

1/ Alarmas generales:

Alarma de nivel:

Si el nivel de agua en el aparato es anormalmente alto, el microruptor del tubo de inmersin de nivel alto activar el motor y se encender el LED de alarma de color rojo. Si este LED parpadea de color rojo, indica un problema de deteccin del nivel de agua normal (tubo de inmersin largo).

RAZ Alarme

Alarma de tiempo:

Si el motor funciona de forma continua durante ms de 1 minuto, se enciende el LED de alarma rojo.

2/ Alarma de reinicio:

El botn del teclado solo permitir apagar el LED rojo (se volver verde) si se ha resuelto el problema que activ la alarma. Asimismo, permite detener la seal sonora del mando de la alarma a distancia.

Alarma de red:

- Si el LED est apagado, no hay alimentacin elc-trica.

- Cuando el aparato se vuelve a encender y el LED parpadea de color verde, esto indica que la conexin de la red elctrica se cort temporalmente.

En caso de corte del suministro elctrico (o al des-conectar el aparato): se activa la seal sonora + se enciende el LED rojo de alarma + parpadea el LED amarillo de la red elctrica.

2/ Reinicio de la alarma general:

Si desaparece el problema que ha activado una alarma mencionada, la seal sonora se apaga, pero el LED rojo de alarma sigue encendido, para recor-dar el hecho de que el sistema ha encontrado un problema.

El botn del teclado apagar la seal sonora en todos los casos, pero solo apagar el LED rojo si se soluciona el problema que activ la alarma. Las alarmas del panel de control remoto tambin permanecen activadas hasta que se ha resuelto el problema. Esto evita que el sistema se abandone por defecto.

FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA ALARMA

1/ Alarmas generales:

Alarma de nivel:

Si el nivel de agua en el aparato es anormalmente alto: se activa la seal sonora + se enciende el LED rojo de alarma + el motor se pone en funciona-miento. Si este LED parpadea de color rojo, indica un problema de deteccin del nivel de agua nor-mal (tubo de inmersin largo).

Alarma de tiempo:

Si uno de los dos motores funciona durante ms de 1 minuto: se activa la seal sonora + se enciende el LED de alarma rojo + el otro motor se pone en funcionamiento.

Alarma de red:

En caso de corte del suministro elctrico (o al des-conectar el aparato): se activa la alarma sonora + se enciende el LED rojo de alarma + parpadea el LED amarillo de la red elctrica.

2/ Reinicio de la alarma general:

Si desaparece el problema que ha activado una alarma mencionada, la seal sonora se apaga, pero el LED rojo de alarma sigue encendido, para recor-dar el hecho de que el sistema ha encontrado un problema.

Uno de los dos botones del teclado apagar la seal sonora en todos los casos, pero solo apagar el LED rojo si se soluciona el problema que activ la alarma. Las alarmas del panel de control remoto tambin permanecen activadas hasta que se ha resuelto el problema. Esto evita que el sistema per-manezca en fallo sin notarlo.

7 FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL DISPOSI-TIVO DE ALARMA Para instalar el aparato en la pared, utilice la si-guiente imagen para guiarse:

El dispositivo de alarma de SANICUBIC no nece-sita una alimentacin elctrica independiente. La alimentacin se realiza a travs de SANICUBIC. En caso de corte del suministro elctrico, interviene la batera del dispositivo de alarma.

Conexin del dispositivo de alarma al aparato:

Conecte el cable de la alarma directamente al apa-rato.

1/ El LED rojo de alarma general reproduce el es-tado del LED correspondiente en el panel de man-do de SANICUBIC. La alarma suena mientras se encuentra presente el fallo. Para apagar la alarma, pulse el botn de reinicio (*) en el teclado del apa-rato o el botn bajo el dispositivo de alarma.

2/ El LED amarillo de red indica el estado de la alimentacin elctrica de la alarma.

- iluminado de forma continua = SANICUBIC co-nectado a la alimentacin elctrica

- parpadeante = fallo de alimentacin elctrica del SANICUBIC

FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA ALARMA DE SANICUBIC 2 PRO POR RADIO FRECUENCIA

La alarma est vinculada al SANICUBIC 2 Pro a travs de una conexin por radio frecuencia (868 Mhz). ste recibe diferente informacin de alarma desde ella. Si el sistema afecta a otros aparatos que funcionan por radio frecuencia (o viceversa), se ha previsto una conmutacin de la codificacin de radio frecuencia 868 Mhz, la que conecta la tarjeta madre y el dispositivo de alarma a distancia.

En caso de interferencia con otros aparatos u otro aparato SANICUBIC 2 Pro instalado cerca, desen-chufe el aparato y el mdulo a distancia, conmute uno o ms de los 4 interruptores de la tarjeta del aparato (SW2).

Y haga lo mismo en la tarjeta de la alarma a dis-tancia.

Advertencia: el cdigo debe ser el mismo para las dos tarjetas.

La alarma tiene 3 LED y 1 seal sonora.

1/ El LED rojo de alarma general reproduce el estado del LED correspondiente en el panel de control de SANICUBIC.

2/ El LED amarillo de recepcin de radio frecuen-cia reproduce el funcionamiento del LED amarillo de red elctrica del panel de control de SANICU-BIC:

- luz fija = transmisin correcta, el panel de control de SANICUBIC est conectado a la alimentacin elctrica

- parpadeante = transmisin correcta, pero fallo de alimentacin en el panel de mando de SANICUBIC (que entonces funciona con batera)

- apagada = no hay recepcin de seal de radio frecuencia (verifique que el cdigo es el mismo en el panel de control de SANICUBIC) o prdida de la seal de alta frecuencia (demasiado lejos), des-carga o fallo del panel de control de SANICUBIC.

3/ El LED verde de red indica el estado de la ali-mentacin del dispositivo de alarma a distancia:

- luz fija = el aparato est conectado a la alimenta-cin elctrica

- parpadeante = fallo elctrico del aparato (que, por consiguiente, funciona con batera)

- apagada = fallo del aparato o batera descargada

4/ La seal sonora funciona de forma continua durante una alarma. Esta deja de sonar si desapa-rece la causa de la alarma o si se pulsa el botn de puesta a cero de la alarma general.

10 DESMONTAJEINSTRUCCIONES RESERVADAS EXCLUSIVAMENTE PARA PROFESIONALES CUALIFICADOS

Si uno de los motores no puede funcionar correc-tamente, se debe desactivar el uso de ese motor ajustando el interruptor correspondiente en la tarjeta electrnica (SW1: conmuta 1 y 2 para los motores 1 y 2).

De este modo, el motor desactivado puede des-montarse. El aparato funciona con el otro motor.

11 GARANTA2 aos de garanta, a partir de la fecha de compra, sujeta a una instalacin y uso correctos. A partir del sptimo mes el desplazamiento del servicio tcnico ir a cargo del cliente.

La garanta solo cubre la eliminacin de pa-pel higinico, materia fecal y aguas residuales. No se cubrir ningn dao que se deba a cuer-pos extraos tales como algodn, preservativos, compresas higinicas, toallitas hmedas, comi-da, pelo, metal, madera u objetos de plsticos. Los disolventes, cidos y otros productos qumi-cos tambin pueden daar el aparato y anularn la garanta.
