n the preace to the book Psychanalyse et rans-

corresponded to a thrd moment o psychatry

that proposed rethnkng both the regme o law

o the classc psychatrc hosptal, and the lberalcontractual analyst-patent relatonshp nherent

to the practce o psychoanalyss, as undamen-

Another crucal aspect to be ponted out n the

beyond the human. Consderng that subjectv-

ty s the product o a transversal concatenaton

o actors beyond the subject-object delmta-ton, ncludng both ndvdual actors, as well as

pre-personal, human and non-human, o varous

expressons, semotc and aectve, then t should

Collectve s then to be understood not n the

sense o a set or a group, but as a heterogeneous

should be reormulated to go beyond the under-standng o collectve space as a mere communal
