NOTE :
The Geochemical analyses were performed at the Anglo
American Research Laboratories between August 1979 and
April 1980. Major element detection was carried out using
X-ray fluorescence techniques. The low totals may be due
to the presence of other elements which were not detected.
Repeatedly low results could reflect inaccurate calibration
of the detection crystal, however it is unclear as to the
precise reasons for the low totals.
Trace element analyses were carried out using atomic
absorption and semiquantitative spectrographic techniques.
Moisture content is not included in the totals.
