Brief Facts of the case:-

Complainant Sri Gadipalli Yadagiri who is resident of Pochamma Basthi,

Masab Tank, Hyderabad went to ATM Center to deposit money through ATM

Machine. By that time the accused Kurangi Benna Vidya Sagar was available

inside the ATM, when the Complainant approached the accused for helping yo

depost money, taking advantage of that the accused took Complainant’s ATM

Card and PIN number, then deposited an amount of Rs. 42,500/- into the

Complainant’s account. While doing transaction, the accused diverted the

complainant and stolen the ATM Card by exchange with another ATM Card and

withdrawn an amount of Rs. 42,100/-.

The Investigation done by Sri MSV Kishore Addl. Inspr. of Police,

Nampally with the assistance of SI Sri. B Saida and crime staff, under the

Guidance of Sri C.Venugopal Reddy, ACP Saifabad, and under the over all

supervision of Sri P.Viswa Prasad, DCP Central Zone.
