#1 DIY Dip Station

Make a dip station with PVC pipes. Dips are a great compound bodyweight exercise to strengthen your upper body, speci�cally your triceps,shoulders, and chest. For your dip station, make sure you have two bars for your hands and a collection of bars for support, as you can see in theimage below:
