Don’t like waiting for a machine at the gym? Maybe you’re trying to �nd some areas to cut on your budget and that expensive gym membership isa prime candidate for the chopping block. Or, you could just be a handyman (or woman) who wants to challenge yourself with your next DIYproject. If you fall into any of these three categories, we wrote this article for you. #1 DIY Dip Station
Make a dip station with PVC pipes. Dips are a great compound bodyweight exercise to strengthen your upper body, speci�cally your triceps,shoulders, and chest. For your dip station, make sure you have two bars for your hands and a collection of bars for support, as you can see in theimage below:
