Our chefs are passionate about food and you can be sure your wedding menuwill be created with the finest ingredients available.

With a recent £500,000 investment in a state of the ar t kitchen,the hotel now benefits from all the food cooked on site.

We only ser ve Scottish reared beef and lamb, regionally sourced British porkand free-range chicken. Our wild fish is caught in UK waters from sustainable

sources and we only use the finest organic fruits and vegetables.

Using award winning smoked salmon from John Ross Jr (Aberdeen),proud holders of the Royal Warrant and Inverurie based Scotbeef, the quality

of food is evident in the sumptuous dishes served at weddings.

In addition, we offer an extensive award-winning wine list,which will complement any wedding dish.
