Seminar 1: Strategic Resources Management

This seminar focuses on the strategic management of the intangible assets of an organization: human capital, information capital, and organizational capital. You learn to translate strategy into operational terms, to align the organization to its strategy, and to apply course content in an individual project and in an integrated corporate partner case study. (6 credit hours)


Seminar 2: Managerial Finance

This seminar introduces you to the world of financial management. You will start off learning to understand financial statements and how to measure a firm's financial performance. After mastering these principles you will apply them to problems in calculating after-tax cash flows, project selection decision criteria, and the cost of capital. The seminar closes on international business finance and a continuation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) that you began in Seminar 1. (6 credit hours)


Seminar 3: Operations and Marketing Management

This seminar will add value to you as a future manager by building skills, competencies, and perspectives in Operations Management, such as develop an organized plan for improving the value-adding process, and by developing a proficiency in the use of Marketing frameworks and tools that will enable you to develop a strategic view of a market-driven firm and measure marketing's contribution to the firm's success in achieving its goals. (6 credit hours)

Finance Gain a deeper understanding of the general

structure and function of financial institutions and markets.

Examine financial management of businesses and value investments in securities and a range of additional assets.

Organizational Leadership Develop best practices in leadership and

organizational change. Enhance your ability to implement

organizational change and align people to the processes improved by change initiatives.


Seminar 4 & 5:Project Management

Sharpen your project management skills in three areas: project planning, risk management and project procurement.

Master the skills involved in planning, managing and controlling resources.

General MBA Build a strong foundation in various areas of

business enterprise by enhancing your knowledge through key concepts in multiple areas of the business enterprise through our four core seminars.

Diversify your management skills to effectively deal with and manage real-life business situations across multiple industries.

Seminar 6: Strategic Management

This seminar addresses the strategic management of entire organizations, which implies total responsibility for integrating and coordinating all activities and the accomplishment of long-term goals that determine organizational survival. The seminar concludes with a project that integrates results of prior seminars into a cohesive, strategic analysis of an international company. A comprehensive outcome assessment examination will be administered during this seminar. (6 credit hours)
