About the Area:

The intersection of the Loop 101 Freeway and Scottsdale Road is the second-busiest in Scottsdale with 135,189 vehicles per day on Loop 101 east of Scottsdale Road and 147,116 vehicles per day west of Scottsdale Road (ADOT 2015). Scottsdale Road has 43,750 vehicles per day north of Loop 101 (Phoenix 2014) and 52,866 vehicles per day south of Loop 101 (ADOT 2015), this is more vehicle traffic per day than the intersection for Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons.

Scottsdale Road is the main interceptor to attract residents living to the north.
