We have various lovely areas for relaxing and dining, and the swimming pool has been something that we have all enjoyed over the years. We also have a pool bar, which is great for parties, and at the far end we have created a gym in an outhouse. The whole space is gorgeous and has given us all so much enjoyment.”

Tony and Frances say that the very spacious kitchen, dining and living area is the real heart of this home. It is a wonderfully sociable part of the house, and during the summer months bi-fold doors can be pushed back to extend the space out into the beautiful garden beyond.

“We have enjoyed having so much space both inside and out,” says Frances, “not least because it has enabled

us to do so much entertaining. We have our more traditional dinner parties in the lovely big dining room, and when the weather is warm the garden provides the perfect backdrop to family BBQs and parties.”
