Introduction to Fluid• Fluid Consulting Limited (Fluid) is a specialist human resources
consultancy headed by Tim Holden MCIPD. Starting out in banking, Tim worked for a leading human resources & recruitment consultancy for eleven years based in both Leeds and London. This role required him to understand the detailed workings of employers across all sectors and to travel throughout the UK and Europe to meet clients and interview senior candidates. To capitalise on this experience, Tim set up Fluid in 2006 to offer a new but related service to clients.
• Fluid provides consultancy advice and delivers training to private and public sector organisations across the UK. Effective benchmarking with high-performing organisations, coupled with detailed surveys and questionnaires, ensures that a service exceeding clients’ expectations can be delivered.
• The core services provided by Fluid are:- Attraction & Selection- Retention- Remuneration & Reward - Outplacement- Training & HR consultancy
