H2L – Statements for Developing a Growth Mindset As part of H2L we are wanting to help students develop a Growth Mindset, so they have a positive attitude to learning that is challenging and difficult. The statements below are statements which may help them.

I know I can master things if I try;

I am up for something new;

I know what to do when I get stuck;

I like working on what I’ve done to

improve it;

I get lots of creative ideas when I am

learning;

I like working with others to figure

things out;

I don’t mind if I make mistakes;

I can tell you lots about how I help

myself learn; and

I’m ready to take feedback and advice.

Parent Helpers wanted…… We have purchased more K-2 readers for the classrooms. We are in the process of covering these readers, so the student can start reading them. If you are able to help with covering the books, please come and see Cheryl in the office.
