As addressed
Dear Submitter,
North East Link Project Inquiry and Advisory Committee (IAC) - Hearing Timetable (Version 6)
Please find attached the Inquiry and Advisory Committee’s updated Hearing Timetable in relation to the North East Link Project.
This timetable has been updated to include the proposed order of expert witnesses that will appear in the combined case between Manningham City Council (MCC) and Banyule City Council, Boroondara City Council and Whitehorse City Council (BBW CC).
The Inquiry and Advisory Committee note that MCC and BBW CC no longer require Monday 2 September 2019. The Inquiry and Advisory Committee has moved all submitters from the concurrent session in the Gondola Room on Tuesday 3 September 2019 and a few submitters from the concurrent session on Friday 6 September 2019 onto Monday 2 September 2019. This is so more submitters can appear and present before the entire Committee.
Please ensure you check the Hearing Timetable as soon as possible as you may have changed dates or times from version 5 to this current version. Particularly, if you were previously scheduled on a concurrent day.
If you have any queries regarding the timetable, please contact Amy Selvaraj via email on [email protected].
Yours sincerely,
Nick Wimbush
Inquiry and Advisory Committee Chair
