1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 This document provides a guide to Norfolk Vanguard Limited's (the Applicant) Development Consent Order (DCO) application for the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm (the Project). It sets out which document version is the most up to date.

1.2 This is a live document and will be updated when updates or revisions to existing documents are made and new documents are submitted to the Planning Inspectorate.

1.3 This document has also been requested by the Planning Inspectorate through the Rule 8 letter dated 19 December 2018.

2. MASTER DOCUMENT LIST

2.1 The master document list table is set out on the following pages and provides a full list of all the documents submitted to date, indicating either the latest revision (if applicable) or when a new document was submitted.

2.2 For ease of navigation these documents are grouped by volumes as follows:

2. Plans Contains the plans which show the location of the Project and the works proposed

3. Development Consent Order Outlines the legal powers sought by the Applicant to construct and maintain the Project

5. Reports/Statements Contains documents required to be submitted with the DCO application

6. Environmental Impact Assessment Contains information showing how the Applicant has assessed the potential impact on the environment

7. Additional information for specific types of infrastructure

Contains specified documents required to be submitted for an application for an offshore wind farm

8. Other documents Includes additional documents produced in support of the application

9. Pre-Examination submissions Contains documents that were submitted to the Planning Inspectorate by the Applicant between Acceptance and the start of Examination

10. Examination submissions Documents submitted to the Planning Inspectorate during the course of the examination


2.3 Sections 1-8 of the table below identify the associated electronic files for the documents produced for submission. This is a live document and will be updated when updates or revisions to existing documents are made and new documents are submitted to the Planning Inspectorate. The table identifies the volume, title, submission date and version of the document. The green colour coding in the right-hand column indicates that a document is the most recent version, and the amber colour coding indicates that the document has been superseded and updates (1) are ongoing, or (2) have been made and the document is ready for recirculation into the Examination. Section 10 of the table below tracks when either new documents or updated documents have been submitted into the Examination at each deadline. The Examination Documents adopt the following format for document referencing: “ExA; [shortened document name]; [volume number] [Deadline] [Document number]”. For example, responses to the Relevant Representations has the following document reference: ExA; RR; 10.D1.1. Where an Application Document (volume 1-8 in table 2.2) has been updated and re-submitted pursuant to an Examination deadline, the document referencing will follow the original format but with an updated version number – for example, the Guide to the Application submitted for Deadline 1 is document 1.4 (version 2).
