    Hours of OperationThe suite guest relations team is available to assist you in your ood and beverageselections i you have any questions or special requests. Normal business hoursare rom 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (757) 624-1048

    Suite Advance OrdersTo make your suite visit as eortless as possible, we ask that all ood and beverage

    selections (this includes all special requests) be placed by 2:00pm, three businessdays prior to each event. This will ensure that you and your guests receive thehighest in ood presentation and quality. Please ollow the schedule below:

    and beverage costs. No charges will be incurred until the conclusion o theevent; at that time ull payment is required. I you eel that exceptional service

    Food and Beverage DeliveryAll pre-ordered ood and beverages will be delivered to your suite upon yourarrival.

    CancellationIn the event you must cancel your order, please notiy Ovations immediately.Orders cancelled within 12 hours o the scheduled event will be charged 100%

    o the ood and beverage order. In the event o a rainout, there will be noneed or the cancellation notice. However, i there are guests in the suiteconsuming ood or beverage and the game is called due to rain, then the

    entire order will be charged to the nal bill.

    Alcoholic BeveragesWe all win when we remember to drink responsibly!

    Please reer to our beverage section o the menu or suggestions.

    Cans and bottles may not be taken outside o your suite. Please pour beverages

    into the plastic cups provided. It is the responsibility o the suite holder or her/his representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumptionwithin the suite. State ordinance prohibits alcohol beverages rom enteringor leaving the acility grounds. Minors under the age o 21 are not permitted

    to consume alcoholic beverages at any time.

    SecurityPlease remove all personal property rom the suite when leaving the property.

    Ovations Food Services cannot be responsible or any misplaced property letunattended in your suite. It is the suite holders responsibility to secure allalcohol beverages in the cabinets provided.
