The purpose of this study was to identify the state of the to form the core process de- scriptions based on the study was also to name the main business processes and to re-form some of these. A part of this study was to report the to give suggestions how to eliminate these in order to break the walls for further development. The theoretical part of this study deals with theories of forming processes, core process- es, business processes and how to develop and measure these. The second part of theory consists of the principles of total quality management and Demings 14 step program. This part of the study offers tools for processes and for implementation total quality management. An important part of the data used in this study was obtained from the semi-structural interviews, which covered the whole organization of the company. These interviews helped to identify the current stage of the processes and pointed out problem spots. In order to manage growing customer requirements and at the same time having price pressure from the market, the company should improve its activities in all processes. Process optimization with suiting measurements and with continuous improvement principles, the activities in the company could be developed in wanted direction with lower costs. By using principles of total quality management the personnel will be more involved in the development process. This will give better quality and better work and also creates an organizational culture that motivates and encourages employers to de- velop their own work and workmanship. With the help of improved manufacturing and optimized processes the company can give more value to the customer and at the same time make the ebit higher. The saved costs enables the company to invest and this again gives more value and developing opportunities in the future when these investments are made in co-operation with the workforce.
