"Keizerzaal" is suitable for 400 guests and offers overlooking the North sea. The "Pickézaal"

offers capacity for 1.050 guests and is our pride in Dutch conference industry. A perfect

location for board meetings is our Boardroom and Breakers Beach House for an event on the

beach. Conferences as the NATO where the hotel transformed into a military ground were a

great success.

interactive attraction, to embark on a spectacular ‘journey through the human body’ in an original and informative way. Entering at the knees of the 35 metre tall body we’ll pass mind-boggling 5D organ theatres before ending at the brain. Directly after we will visit the spacious and attractive CORPUS Congress Centre.

12.30 Lunch at Schouwburg Leiden

Lunch will be served at an unexpected venue, the Schouwburg, Leiden’s 16th century theatre. Tables will be set at the stage and the menu will echo Leiden’s culinary tradition of the day.

14.30 Start optional Amsterdam programme

Non-European buyers will fly out on Monday. For European buyers it’s also possible to fly out on Sunday evening.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation, the following fees will apply:

- PET cancellations received on or before 28 October 2016 do not incur a fee unless the flight has been

agreed and confirmed. If the flight/train has been confirmed or booked on a published fare, the cost of

the flight will be charged to the Hosted Buyer.

- PET cancellations received after 28 October 2016 will incur a PET cancellation fee in addition to ibtm

world cancellation fee of €400 (Europe, Russia & CIS) or €1000 (Non-Europe). Hosted Buyers who

provide a valid medical reason (with a medical certificate) for not attending the event/PET may have

the fee waived. Cancellations received after 28 October 2016 will incur a fee of 300 EUR from Host

Destination.
