Administration Timeline – Non Panel/ Flex Claims

IHP process and adjudicate claims after

cut-off dates.

Reimbursement thru company payroll.

Emails notifications will be triggered for

Approved, Pending & Rejected claims.

Please take note:- Working day before if the specified day falls on weekend or PH.

Submit claims via IHP Portal or Mobile

Application and attach scan copy receipts by last

working day of each month.

Claim Status

ProcessingThe claim has been successfully submitted and pending for IHP’s assessment.

ApprovedThe claim is approved.

RejectedThe claim is rejected. An email trigger explaining the reason will be sent to you.

PendingThe claim is pending for additional documents. An email trigger will be sent to you to request for additional documents.

Once the claim is successfully submitted, a reference number will be generated for your claim.

Note: Please attach your claim receipts including relevant supporting documents such as Doctor memo, prescriptions or proof of payment (Charge slips/ CPF statements)

Claim documents will need to be retained for at least 6 months as you may be requested to produce the documents to facilitate internal audits by the Company.

Amend or Delete Claims
