The festivities kick off at 5pm with the parade at 16th and Harrison, sponsored by The Times. The fun continues from 6-10pm at the FREE Fireworks Festival, presented by Industrial Dielectrics, Inc. in memory of David Graham. The festival is held on the grounds of Noblesville High School, 18111 Cumberland Rd. and offers a wide variety of activities including the music of Dave and Rae from 7-10pm, the Kids’ Zone, and the classic car show. All can enjoy the challenge of the mini-NASCAR simulator, sponsored by E&B Paving. Many vendors offer a wide variety of food or people may bring their own picnic dinners. Please – no alcohol, smoking, fireworks or sparklers on school grounds! The grand finale of the evening takes place at 10pm with the fireworks display, sponsored by Community Health Network.
