PORTAL TRANSFORMATION
• Unified storage infrastructure, integrated database with better capacity to store different
types of content including images, audio and video
• Reduce IT dependency, empowers non-technical users to publish content without
knowledge of HTML•Single & integrated search window for all
databases – makes portal easier & more user friendly to search

• Thumbnail view of images, text and PDF on result page by implementing Digital Asset
Management (DAM) solution• Automated workflow for content review and

• Search terms in Malay as database is in the Malay language
• Importance and criteria of good leadership in the Malay world emphasised through folk
literature • Message more easily learnt and remembered
through popular rhyming verses
ADAT PERPATIH (CUSTOMARY LAW IN NEGERI SEMBILAN)
DATABASE• Database rich in customs and traditions
practiced in the State of Negeri Sembilan, only matrilineal society in Malaysia
• Most of the content in video and audio & still images
