Annual Meeting Minutes
Annual meeting held on November 3rd, 2012
was called to order at 1:30pm.
Ursula sends out a thank you to the Abby.
The club honors long time members Abbott
and Rosali Lovett with a life time member-
ship. Abbott thanks the club.
Abbott hands out his yearly appreciation
award to Dan and Shirley Langlois. Shirley
thanks Abbott and the club.
The secretary’s report was read for infor-
mation only. Motion to accept by Linda Wood
and seconded by Shirley Greenlee. Report ac-
cepted.
The treasurer’s report was read. Motion to ac-
cept by Mike Ovitt and seconded by Herbie
Durham. Report accepted.
Elections
For president – Phil Pearo nominates Ursula
Ovitt. Seconded by Mike Ovitt. Ursula ac-
cepts the nomination. Chuck Stearns moves
that the nominations are closed. This is se-
conded by Jim Sullivan. Nominations closed.
Secretary casts the only required vote for Ur-
sula. Ursula Ovitt is the NWRDC president.
Mike Ovitt nominates Shirley Greenlee for
vice president. Shirley accepts the nomina-
tion. The secretary casts the only required
vote for Shirley. Shirley is the VP.
Shirley Greenlee nominates Barb Rousseau
for secretary. Mike Ovitt seconds the nomina-
tion. Barb accepts. The secretary casts the on-
ly required vote. Barb will remain secretary.
Shirley Langlois nominates Sandy Hatin for
treasurer. Mike Ovitt seconds the nomination.
Sandy accepts the nomination. The secretary
casts the only required vote. Sandy Hatin re-
mains treasurer.
There is a BOD seat up for election this year.
Herbie Durham nominates Mike Ovitt. Veron-
ica Williams seconds the nomination. Mike
accepts the nomination. Ray Hatin nominates
Shirley Langlois. Shirley declines the nomi-
nation and supports the nomination of Mike
Ovitt. The secretary casts the only required
vote for Mike Ovitt to the BOD.
Mike Ovitt makes a motion to adjourn the
meeting. Rebecca seconds the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 1:54pm.

I want to thank the Gymkhana Committee, Mike Ovitt, Sam Webb, Ursula Ovitt, Barbara Rous-

Same great events, new committee name! It was brought to our attention that Extreme Cowboy
Race™ is trade marked by Craig Cameron and we really shouldn’t be using that committee name
without being affiliated with him. So we changed the committee name to Extreme Trail
Challenge. We are looking forward to having many great events in 2013!
We would like to thank everyone who volunteered their time to help out at our events in 2012, in
particular, Tracy Webb who ran our timers and did our computer scoring at each race this year and
Amanda Hoss and Christina Carnes who volunteered their time to judge all of our races in 2012.
