Pierre Trudeau: Founding Fatherof the Parti Qubcois

    1967: Trudeau's Planto "fight" separatism:

Create a separatist party, -and-Encourage separatism so radical

    that it becomes "shocking"

Dateline Canada1967: Just a few months

before his election as Prime Minister ofCanada in 1968, Pierre Elliott Trudeau waspart of a "secret committee" run by business, which deliberately escalated Quebecseparatism so that Trudeau could be seen"fighting separatists."

Introduction:Prior to Trudeau, the separatist movement was dispersedand divided. But, as we shall see, Trudeau's "secret com-mittee" deliberately unified and beefed up separatismunder the banner of the Parti Qubcois, and gave it res-pectability and power.

    Throughout Trudeau's incumbency, separatism continued

to escalate. The Parti Qubcois took 7 seats in its firstelections in 1970, followed shortly thereafer by FLQ kid-nappings, an assassination and War Measures. Oddlyenough, Trudeau himself was a close friend of Pierre Vall-ires, philosopher king and theoretician of the FLQ, whowrote for Trudeau's magazine, Cit Libre. In addition, theFLQ terrorist group was founded by Communist revolu-tionary, Fidel Castro who trained Georges Schoeters to setit up. As we know, Castro and Trudeau were life-longfriends, with Castro attending Trudeau's funderal in 2000.At the height of the 1970 October Crisis, Trudeau's federalgovernment "negotiated" with Castro for the safe haven inCuba of FLQ kidnappers whom Trudeau later refused toextradite on learning they had gone to Paris.

In 1976, the Parti Qubcois was elected to power on theplatform of a referendum to break up Canada, "sug-gested" to Lvesque by Trudeau. In 1977, Trudeau gotthings rolling by challenging Lvesque to hold the refer-endum, and then by leading the preparations from thePrime Minister's Office.

As there is no power in the Consti-tution of Canada for any province tosecede, constitutional lawyer PierreTrudeau placed himself above theConstitution by tabling but neverenacting the first Bill in federal Parl-iament to make it appear that RenLvesque had the power to hold thereferendum. But, provincial powers

do not come from Federal Parliament. They come fromsection 92 of the British North America Actof 1867, wherethere is manifestly no power to secede. This loudly publi-cized Bill of Trudeau's gave the appearance of legality tothe criminally illegal plan of Trudeau and Lvesque tobreak up Canada for "Sovereignty Association"thelegal and political regime of the European Union disguisedas Quebec separatism.

Cleverly, the Bill was never enacted, and therefore the1980 referendum went ahead on the strength of PierreElliott Trudeau's media personality as a phoney federalistpretending to fight separatists. As there was no lawenacted, there was no risk of judicial review which wouldhave struck it down, and there would never have been asingle illegal referendum to break up Canada.

To ensure the success of the breakup, Trudeau announcedbefore the 1980 referendumthat another would beheld in 15 years if the first failed. And, indeed, 1980 failedand 1995 was held. Now, taking the reins from Trudeau,Quebec Liberal Premier Robert Bourassa in 1991 enacts a

Right: Pierre Trudeau at the Liberal Leadership Convention 1968.

Quebec law (Bill 150) compelling a referendum tobreak up Canada no later than 1992. By now, Canadiansare so mesmerized that no one requests judicial review.

Of course, the second referendum might fail, like the first,or, in the event of a Yes, might run afoul of the existingConstitution which prohibits secession by numerous mea-sures, not the least of which is the oath of allegiance. Therefore, time to change the Constitution: the Charlotte-town Accord becomes the staging ground for a nationalreferendum. This Accord incorporates features of interna-tional law (unbeknownst to Canadians) intended to facili-

tate the break-up of Canada. Notably, the Badinter Applic-able Standards, invented by the Badinter commission of1991 to determine which parts of the crumbling Yugo-slavia will receive international recognition as independentstates. Those "Standards" are: "democracy," "federalism,""rule of law," and "protection of minorities". The BadinterCommission on Yugoslavia reported in early 1992; its"Applicable Standards" magically appear in the Charlotte-town Accord on 28 August 1992. They were added iron-ically as the "Canada clause" at section 2.(1), but wereabsent from prior Charlottetown drafts of September 1991and 28 February 1992.

Canadians, including a higher majority of Quebecers, rejected the Charlottetown Accord in October of 1992.But, not to worry, by 1995, Quebec City lawyer, Guy

Bertrand, former "constitutional" advisor to Ren Lves-que on "Sovereignty Association" (the EU for Canada), isscamming at Superior Court. Letters fly from him in alldirections apparently begging provincial and federal Exec-utives for a Reference to the Supreme Court of Canada onthe 1995 referendum. This clever move once again neatlyevades all risk of judicial review in the very proceedingsfiled by Bertrand, while his letters "begging" the LiberalPrime Minister and the Parti Qubcois Executives concealthe fact that those he is begging are in fact his mens reacolleagues in the take-down of Canada. The SecessionReference is to be a part of the scam.

The fate of Canada is now in the hands of three decadesof judges appointed by Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Jean Chr-tien, and most notably, NAFTA's Brian Mulroney, everyone of whom was originally a direct employee of PowerCorporation: in other words, the same multinational corp-oration operating Trudeau's "secret committee" in 1967 tocrank up separatism so that Trudeau could "fight it" andlose.

What Canadians rejected in a "clear" vote in 1992 will beforced upon the Constitution by the Supreme Court ofCanada via Jean Chrtien's Order-in-Council PC 1996-1497 of 30 September 1996. Badinter's Applicable Stan-dards have graduated. They are now called the "Copen-hagen Criteria", adopted in 1993 as the political criteriafor admission of candidate states to the European Union. The Supreme Court of Canada pretends to "discover" themin the Constitution; though, if they were already there,

why did they have to be voted on in October of 1992?And, as they were rejected in 1992, how could the Courtthen "find" them in 1998 after two long years of mock-trials on the phoney "unilateral secession" of Quebec?First of all, "unilateral secession" is a coup d'tat.Secondly, those who have been withdrawing Quebec fromCanada by decades of hostage negotiations have not been

doing it alone: they havebeen steered by the Liberalswho are owned and opera-ted by Paul Desmarais andPower Corporation, who areagents in Canada for DavidRockefeller's Trilateral Com-mission and the BilderbergGroup, two organizationsbent on replacing sovereignnations by a one-world gov-ernment ruled by multina-

    tional corporations.

Meanwhile, Prime MinisterChrtien also flouts thedemocratic "No" to Charlot-tetown with a resolutiondeclaring Quebec a "disinctsociety", which, unknown to

Canadians, is also a requirement of international law forQuebec's future recognition as an independent state.

Are we beginning to get the picture?

And Now, Trudeau's 1967 "Secret Committee":In 1990, author-journalist Jean-Franois Lise published amaster work of political research1 in which he uncovereddiplomatic notes exposing a "secret committee" formed andcontrolled by Power Corporation and comprised of federalministers from Quebec in the Lester Pearson government,as well as others.

The stated aim of the secret committeeas explained tothe American diplomat and confirmed by Lise 20 yearslater when he spoke by phone with Claude Frnette ofPower Corporation who had hosted the secret meet-ingswas to "defeat" separatism. Within that Committee,Pierre Elliott Trudeau's election team would be formed.

Here is HCC's English translation from the French text ofLise's non-fiction book, Dans L'Oeil de L'Aigle (In the Eyeof the Eagle), taken from pages 104-106. TRANSLATION:

"By chance, the American diplomats stumble over under-ground work the Liberals are doing to check separatism. InJanuary 1968, the economic adviser to the AmericanEmbassy, Edward Bittner, undertakes a series of interviewson the economic impact of separatism. He visits Quebecfunctionaries and American businessmen and meets adirector of Power Corporation, Claude Frnette, whomakes the following revelations:

According to Frnette, who is Paul Desmarais's right armand a Liberal figure close to Trudeau, "the separatist threatis serious but is no longer irreversible". "Inside the [federal]Liberal Party", he explains, "a secret committee hasbeen formed in order to defeat separatism. The Com-mittee, which includes federal ministers from Quebec suchas [Jean] Marchand, [Pierre Elliott] Trudeau and[Maurice] Sauv, has adopted a multi-step plan which, forthe moment, is unfolding as expected." Prior to his beingrecruited by Paul Desmarais, Frnette had been an aide toMinister Sauv.

The October Liberal convention, said Frnettewas thescene of the first step of the plan"the Committee encour-aged Ren Lvesque and his sympathisers both insideand outside the Quebec Liberal Party to form a distinctpolitical party which would be beaten flat in an election. The theory went that Lvesque would be less dangerousoutside the Liberal Party than inside it."

In November, the second step was to use the meeting ofthe tats gnraux du Canada franais, a conservativenationalist organization, to score another point against sep-

aratism. "Intending to discredit the separatist inclinations ofthe "tats gnraux", heavily influenced by the Socit St-

Jean-Baptiste du Qubec, the Committee infiltrated the______________[FN 1] Dans L'Oeil de L'Aigle, Washington face au Qubecby Jean-Franois Lise, Boral, 1990.

recent conference of the "tats gnraux" andencouraged them to take a position on separatism soradical that it became shocking", explained Frnette, according to the summary made by Bittner.

In fact, the tats gnraux, presided over by a universityprofessor, Jacques-Yvan Morin, made considerable clamoradopting the hard-line separatist platform. The radicalism ofthe debates and the marginalization of the francophonedelegations from outside Quebec even earned them theepithet "anti-democratic" from director ofLe Devoir, ClaudeRyan. Manipulation or not, the analysts of the INR, far fromconcluding that discredit had been thrown over the notionof independence, determined that the adherence of the

tats gnrauxto the tenets of hard-line separatists "addedflair to the separatist cause", notably among "the lowermiddle classes" where they recruit their troops. [...]

Questioned some twenty years later [by author Lise], Fr-nette confirmed "to 90%" [the accuracy] of the remarksattributed to him by the diplomat. Frnette qualified, how-ever, that the "Committee was not so secret". At first, athink tank for federal reformers, then a place to discussstrategy where Pierre Trudeau's team took shape, theCommittee's dozen members met every Friday night inFrnette's office at Power Corporation. Paul Desmarais'sright arm then confirmed the strategy of polarizing Que-bec's political debate and acknowledged the interventions ofthe Committee with the tats gnraux and with the

Quebec Liberal Party. END TRANSLATION.[HCC: In other words, Frnette had admitted the secretcommittee's plan to turn soft nationalists radical, and forLvesque to leave the Liberals to form his own party: theParti Qubcois to promote "Sovereignty Association".]

    CONCLUSIONS:

Would American diplomats really have believed this "secret"Committee (and it was secret enough on Power Corporationpremises at night) had been formed to "defeat" separatism?Obviously, these Committee men were cranking upseparatism so they could use it for their own ends.

Those ends were the unification of North America."Sovereignty Association" always was and still is a scam

to force Quebecers to vote to break up Canada, forattachment to the US and Mexico, under the legal andpolitical regime of the European Union.

It was therefore clever of this Committeerealizing thatCanadians would never give up their country to the EU sys-tem favoured by Businessto "polarize" separatist opinionby radicalizing soft nationalists, while sending Lvesque outof the Liberals to gather up all brands of local "separatism"under one umbrella, not to "defeat" them, but to consoli-date them into a battering ram and propel them in onedirection, driving "Sovereignty Association" forward to thebreak-up of Canada. Very apparently, business is control-ling our government, and is staging political incidentsrequired to trigger a Yes in a final referendum.

In 2005, former "separatist" Premier Pierre-Marc Johnson,

one-time successor to Ren Lvesque, signed the "BuildingA North American Community" blueprint of the CanadianCouncil of Chief Executives, to irrevocably merge the land-mass, people and resources of Canada into the USA andMexico to form a single, continental super-state with a newcurrency called the Amero. That plan is being implementedNOW, with a target completion date of 2010. And, ofcourse, not a word in these federal elections of 2008, whichare intended to be the LAST for CANADA. Whoever wins, takes Canada down into North American Union.
