When you sign up for our maintenance programs or even just one maintenance visit we are going to come out and inspect, clean and run diagnostics on your AC Unit from top to bottom. There is nothing that we are not going to touch to ensure that we know your AC Unit from the inside out. Our maintenance visits are no shorter than sixty to ninety minutes. At the end of our visit, after we have gone over all of the readings and have walked you through what we have done and feel that your unit is good to go we will give you a clean bill of health.
