PAYMENT DETAILS: CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing. Show Management will retain all moneys due at the time of cancellation according the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations.

We, the undersigned, do hereby apply for the reservation of exhibit space in the 2016 New Media Expo, which will be collocated with NAB Show held in Las Vegas April 18-21, 2016 through April 21, 2016. Upon submission of this Exhibit Space Rental Agreement, along with receipt of payment by New Media Expo pursuant to the terms contained herein, this shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties wherein New Media Expo agrees to rent to the undersigned Exhibitor and the undersigned Exhibitor agrees to rent from New Media Expo the exhibit space in the Las Vegas Convention Center as more fully described in Sections 1 through 5 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed by Exhibitor that the Agreement with New Media Expo includes compliance with all show rules and regulations including the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations, the Exhibit Display Regulations and other rules and guidelines enacted by New Media Expo, all of which are made a part of this agreement by reference and fully incorporated herein, specifically yet not limited to, the provisions contained in the Exhibitor Rules & Regulations pertaining to terms of the Agreement and any amendments thereto, the Eligibility requirements for Exhibitors, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification. Moreover, New Media Expo and/or Show Management hereby reserves the right to modify and amend the rules and regulations. We certify that the person signing this document is the Exhibitor Representative and, as such, is duly authorized to execute this agreement. In Addition, Exhibitor must sign NAB Show Exhibit Space Agreement and agree to NAB Show Rules and Regulations.
