Early and ongoing treatment with FDA-approved therapy can make a difference for people with multiple sclerosis. Learn about your options by talking to your health care professional and contacting the Wisconsin Chapter at wisms.org or calling 262.369.4400 (800.242.3358).
national Multiple Sclerosis SocietyThe National MS Society remains the very best investment in finding MS solutions and funding more MS research than any patient group in the world. Your support funds the pursuit of all promising paths to uncover solutions for everyone with MS, wherever those opportunities exist, while focusing on three priority areas:
• Progressive MS – bringing answers and solutions where none exist today • nervous System repair – reversing damage to regain function • Wellness and lifestyle – identifying solutions in diet, exercise and rehabilitation to improve life quality
Stay connected throughout the year to learn more. Visit wisMS.org and follow the Wisconsin Chapter online.

Ride between 100 and 150 miles a day on beautiful groomed Northern Wisconsin trails with the MS Snowmobile Tour, January 23-25, 2014. Join other snowmobile enthusiasts for an all-inclusive, fully-supported weekend that raises money for MS research and related services. Visit MSsnowmobiletour.org.
Prove your strength and stamina at the Bike MS: Best dam Bike ride, August 2-3, 2014, by riding from the Milwaukee area to Madison with an overnight in Whitewater. You’ll be part of a premier series where cyclists of every level raise money to support multiple sclerosis research. Visit bestdambikeride.org.
Walk MS is the rallying point for the multiple sclerosis Movement – a time when communities come together to raise awareness, raise funds and celebrate how much closer we are to a world free of MS. Multiple walks are held throughout Wisconsin each spring and fall. Visit walkMSwisconsin.org.

Walk MS april, May and September
It’s as much about the journey as it is the destination. Challenge Walk MS sets a high bar with a three-day, 50-mile walk and a $1,500 fundraising minimum. It rewards you at the same level with an inspirational all-inclusive getaway in beautiful Door County. A two-day, 30-mile option is also available. Visit challengewalkMSwi.org.
do It Yourself (dIY) Fundraising is an opportunity for anyone committed to the MS cause to raise awareness and donations in new and creative ways. Several DIYs are noted in the calendar; more are available on the Wisconsin Chapter’s website. Visit wisMS.org and click on “Do It Yourself Fundraising” to find an event or create your own.
