Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), was the creation of Dr. Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970′s. NLP helps you to enhance your potential in all areas of your life, leading to a happier and more fulfilling existence. How does NLP work? Neuro – We experience the world through sight, sound, touch, taste and smell. Linguistic – We then process these sensations and use language to express our experience of the world. Programming – The behavior that results from the way in which we perceive the world we live in.
