Developer willing to work with us on venue arrangement and marketing during the event.

Our favorite space thus far and probably the most competitive proposal. Regular price of $150-175 / person in Nov / Dec, but we are getting

EVR: Recent Press & Background

Recent Quotes:

“The "seam" hood above Herald Square and south of Bryant Park has few residencies and buildings made to order for nightlife. Spaces with high ceilings and solid walls and floors are abundant. EVR has three levels, including a mezzanine and a

basement art gallery. Its two bars are built for speed, and there is ample seating for the bottle set. A performance platform dominates the wall opposite the main bar and promises to stir things up. I visited a week ago and was impressed with the

flow, spacing, and operational set-up.”

Midtown Loft: 267 5th AvenueProposal

5,000 square foot open area loft with a beautiful terrace one floor up from the loft area accessible for the guests in attendance

Air conditioned, full kitchen, 3 rest rooms, great views, and AV equipment already installed.

Venue would provide security and coat check.

Given outdoor space and general layout we feel this may be more suited for a smaller spring event, but worth considering for this event as well.

Midtown loft owns the space and rents it out accordingly, but expects the client (NJNY) to provide furnishings, bartenders, catering, etc.

They do offer preferred vendor lists but these are not included

6,500 square foot multi-level loft style space.

Easily accessible with already available furnishings, AV equipment for rent (at a cost), and they offer red carpet serve and other items.

NYNY hosted an event here last year.

Amazing space and definitely worth maintaining the relationship but we feel the space may be better suited for an event in the future as opposed to our first event as NJNY.

Price quoted to the right does not include Venue rental Fee, Taxes, Fees, etc.

Lucky Strike: 42nd Street and 12th AvenueProposal

26 lanes, 11 billiard tables and more with a Private VIP room in the back where we may be able to host a smaller event.

Modern style bowling in a fun, chic atmosphere with a full service bar and a lot of space.

Experienced staff with a lot of past interaction / events with charities and non-profit organizations.

Staff has experience marketing these events and we felt very comfortable in our interactions with the team.

Package quoted to the left was the most expensive package and does not include venue fees, etc.

May serve as a good option for an after party venue.

Other Venues The following venues were also vetted and diligenced by the NJNY Young Leadership Board, specifically

the Fundraising Committee and Co-Chairman, Joe Gasparro

We ultimately decided against pursuing these venues due to a myriad of reasons including excessive costs, low capacity, and lack of other key criteria we are trying to meet:

– 230 5th

– SideBAR

– Turtle Bay

– Little Town NYC

– Village Pourhouse

– The Kimberly Hotel

– Mad46 (Roosevelt Hotel)

– 40 / 40 Club

– Le Bain (the Standard)
