I thank Godrej loud for letting me introspect and wake up that deep desire that had been buried

under my heart.

History was the subject that captivated me from my school days. Not being a bad student ensured

that I had to follow the social Norm of pursuing engineering. But it never drew upon me till recently

that I have started on a path from where the chances of returning back are almost nil. You would be

surprised to know that I was researching a year back on how to get a publisher accept your novel ,

only to later realise that you will not be thinking of writing a novel anytime soon.

But now here is an opportunity and I want to make full use of it.

India has given the concept of zero, yoga, earliest civilization and so much more which we do not yet

know. My dream is to

Bring these hidden facts on Indian culture and heritage to the whole world.

By Travelling to Hinterlands of India and interviewing contemporary Historians

And pass on this Indian legacy to the world through a book

Why and Why Now

Internet and Books provide only limited information. The desire in me will get quenched only by

experiencing India through first hand basis. 2 years of college is the best time to follow this dream

and with summer placement secured and monetary power to research deeper, the dream becomes

more and more feasible
