Candidates who have appeared for the final semester qualifying examination can also apply. The applicants,whose result of final year is declared after submission of application are required to send the result immediatelyon declaration of result by email to PG coordinators of respective departments. The email addreses are given ine-prospectus

List of self attested copies to be attached are as under. Incomplete forms and forms without attested orincomplete documents are liable to be cancelled.

For all categories, if applicant has passed the qualifying examination from University other than Nirma University,he/she will be required to obtain eligibility certificate from Nirma University. The arrangement for obtaining thesame will be made on the spot during counseling on payment of Rs. 500/-.

Applicants will be required to pay Rs 5000/- by DD / Bankers Cheque / at par cheque payable atAhmedabad as a deposit on the day on which the admission is offered. This deposit will be adjustedagainst payment of the fees.

Printout of duly filled up application form having details of online payment made of Rs. 1200/- as applicationprocessing fees along with the necessary enclosures is to be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post /Courierbefore the last date specified, in a sealed envelope marked as "M. Tech (Regular) Admission 2014" on the lefthand side top corner of the envelope, to:
