Important benefits – Compact and Handle

• AX 310 is the compact alternative for extraction of small and medium size areas.

• The size of the machine is only 64 x 33 x 72 cm (LxWxH), and the weight is only 30 kg.

• The handle can be folded flat to the machine and can be adjusted in the height to fit every operator – good ergonomics, easy to store.

• Nilfisk AX 310 is due to the compactness and the foldable handle very easy to transport in a car from job to job.

• Despite the compactness AX 310 is very productive.

• The working width is 310 mm, and the tank volume is big.

• The solution tank is 19 litres and the recovery tank is 15 litres, i.e. great productivity in a very compact machine.

• The recovery tank can be taken off for easy emptying and cleaning. Thereby it is also easy to fill in clean water in the solution tank, which is placed under the recovery tank.

• The recovery tank has a drain hose for easy dump of water.

• The laminar vacuum shoe recover more moisture from the carpet resulting in fast dry times. The smooth surfaces in the vacuum shoe gives a smooth (laminar) flow pattern with very little turbulence and therefore superior water recovery.

• The brush is easy to take off and mount again without tools. It is thereby easy to clean or change the brush.

• The brush is self levelling.• When AX 310 is transported, the brush is lifted from the

floor and secured in the storage position by a clip. The clip is easy to operate from the side of the machine.

• On/Off switch in placed on the back of the machine, close to the operator.

• The same goes for the connection of the injection hose for Spotting, Upholstery or Floor tool.

• When using the hand tool the operator just take the normal suction hose out of the inlet in the recovery tank, and connect the hose to the accessory tool.

• The operator only has to think about 2 buttons when using the machine:

• Button 1: Only one switch has to be turned on before cleaning – the On/Off switch.

• Button 2: The solution flow is controlled on a switch conveniently located in the handle.

• Nilfisk AX 310 has powerful brush and vacuum motors.

• The brush motor shuts automatically off under sustained overload conditions. This secures the lifetime of the motor and minimize the down time for repairing.

• Fuse for the brush motor is placed on the back of the machine, right next to the On/Off switch, and is easy to reach. Check clogging round the brush before resetting the fuse.

• The vacuum motor is a strong two stage, by-pass motor protected by a thermostatic fuse.

• The powerful motors secures a perfect cleaning result and a good moisture recovery from the carpet.

• Nilfisk AX 310 cleans in a single pass, which saves time.

• AX 310 offers surprisingly quiet operation for a compact and powerful extractor, only 72 dB(A)*

• AX 310 has the simple and functional Single spray jet system.

• Single spray jet system saves water due to no overlap.

• The Single spray jet technology provides even coverage and no clogging of the spray jet.

• The solution flow is 1.95 l/minute and gives long working time without refilling the tank.

• The solution pump has a pressure of 4 bar/60 psi and is controlled by a switch located on the handle. The water pressure and the mechanical action by the brush secures a perfect result.
