PROJECTS Modelling Non Functional Concerns Into Non Functional Requirements (NFRs) Semester IV Project Jan2013-April2013

This project was about studying the quality concerns in system development like security, performance etc. and modelling these quality concerns into NFRs. This project aims at analysing better methods to deal with NFRs so that they can be incorporated in system development as easily as Functional Requirements (FRs).

Improving Website Ranking for Multi-term Semester VI Project Query Search Based on its Trustworthiness (B.Tech Minor Project) Jan2014- April2014

Currently used methods in Search Engine Page Ranking don’t consider the Truthfulness of data on websites. Working on finding solution of this veracity problem. Developed a formula for ranking webpages based on its trustworthiness for a Multi-term Query. Implementing our proposed model on Matlab with a good GUI Interface.

Exposure – Matlab, Data mining Prof. Bhaskar Biswas

Assistant Professor @ IIT (BHU) Varanasi Department of Computer Sc. & Engineering

Video Streaming Server-Client App Networking Lab Feb2014-April2014 ( Semester Project )

Developing a client-server system which can stream video/audio file using RTSP and RTP protocol. Client can send PLAY, PAUSE command over the network.

Exposure – Java, Networking Protocols like RTP and RTSP. Implementing Mesh network Samsung Research Institute Bangalore May2014-July2014 using Olsr routing algorithm (Summer Internship)

Worked on Olsr routing protocol to create mesh network for Tizen Platform. Real time experience of working in a world reputed organization on cutting edge technologies. Learned various organizational skills and technical stuff and team ethics during the internship.

Exposure –Networking Protocols Olsr, Tizen platform.

Text analysis and Machine Learning B.Tech Major Project Aug2014- Dec2014 to find how to ask for a favour (Part-1)

Implemented a problem named “Random Act of Pizza” from Kaggle.com which tries to identify the parameters

responsible for acceptance of an user’s request while asking for favor from other users. Implemented Text analysis using POS Tagging, Stemming, Topic Modelling and used different classifiers like

Artificial Neural Network, Linear regression etc. . Developed an algorithm for Predicting Success rate of a request based on Supervised Learning Model. Exposure – R, Data mining Tools
