Management Team

Rebekah Ford Consultant FM and SustainabilityRebekah has extensive experience in Facilities and Sustainability management achieving significant business efficiencies for her clients across New Zealand as well as being actively involved in trans-tasman initiatives. Working across both the Public and Private Sectors, Rebekah recently spent 6 years in the energy sector managing a portfolio comprising of corporate offices and hydro and wind generation sites. In additional to this, Rebekah has worked as an active Project Manager across a range of clients such as NZ Police, ACC and Meridian Energy.

Ryan Peni Managing Director | FM ConsultantAn experienced Facilities, Contract and Relationship Manager, Ryan has held both regional, national and consultancy roles in New Zealand across both the private and public sectors as well as working from both supplier and client side. An active Facilities Management Professional in NZ, Ryan has been a committee member, National Event committee member and a National Board Member for the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand. Ryan has managed a diverse range of clients from individual investment property portfolios through to large scale corporate services.

Kevin McAfee Consultant Health and SafetyKevin McAfee has over 20 years of experience in Facilities, Health and Safety and large format business management services in the United Kingdom and in New Zealand. With a proven history of problem solving, Kevin has been instrumental in the transformation of superior Health and Safety quality management systems, auditing and contractor management. In additional to Health and Safety, Kevin has been actively involved in Facilities and Project Management across the Retail, Private and Commercial Sectors.

Richard McKenzie-Browne Consultant Procurement and AdvisoryRichard has over 25 years of strategic, commercial and procurement leadership experience of infrastructure and facilities management projects globally. He has extensive programme leadership roles in strategy definition and execution, options analysis, business case development, tendering and bidding, implementation and operational and facilities contract management. Richard has led the procurement and capital programme management, operational management and commercial negotiation for 50+ large scale capital intensive programmes (Value of c£1.2bn each).
