as you look through this small collection of typical photographs of equestrian sport and other human activities which involve horses, you could consider where does the greatest human cruelty and dishonesty come from. and you probably would answer that it is the «iron» in the horse’s mouth.But this wouldn’t be completely true.look closely at these photographs: at the faces of the horses writhing with pain and fear, at their tormented eyes, at their bodies blasting with muscular strain, at their mouths and legs pouring with foaming saliva and sweat. look at the human faces disfigured with anger and fear.

Try to ask yourself honestly:

There is a great myth of sportsmen that says that all of these photos are trivial and that there are no such things in real equestrian sport. But its not true. This atlas contains photographs of what champions and masters of sports do. all the photographs here are typical and you can easily verify it if you’ll visit any equestrian event with your own camera. none of these photos were processed via photoshop. They are all true facts.

methods that with «correct» application guarantee success in the business of equine sport (es). es success lies only in the mastery of these methods, their constant improvement, and in their

extremely ruthless application. all these methods cause unbearably painful effects in the mouth, and to the neurological system of the head, and destroy the whole physiological and anatomic system of

Method n.1. for verbal clarification of the actions that are presented in convincing photographic evidence in this article, representing the primary techniques that enable the obedience of a horse in es; these are considered to be common practice by all criteria and are most appropriately called “neurocranialis shocK (shock of nerve system of skull). in the use of method n.1, we see a very rigid rein grab with one hand and a very strong pull by the other hand, which is so powerful that half of the bit rushes through the horse’s mouth, and the rider’s elbow goes back as far as it is possible. The chemical composition of saliva changes as the parotid glands the largest of the salivary glands – are crushed and necrotized as a result of forced collection. The mandibular gland which, relatively speaking, does not suffer as severely, emits a seromucous secretion and its excess upsets the balance of chemicals in the saliva composition. saliva tests of sport horses reveal cardinal differences between the saliva of a sport horse and that of normal saliva! acute stresses from pain and the effect of the bit, wh ich is unavoidable in the life of every sport horse, leads to ulcers. Due to forced collection, injury of the atlantooccipital membrane is unavoidable. as soon as the membranes are torn (and this is the inevitable sequel to collection) the defense mechanism that

protects the spinal cord is lost.

During the course of experiments the degree of traumatic pressure to the tongue of the horse emerged. The main pressure of the bit acts upon places where the lingual nerve (lingualis) plexus is located. The bit causes a pressure on the tongue of 100 kg per square centimeter (this is with an ordinary rein tension; the rein acts as a connection for the bit of course). a jerk intensifies the pressure and it reaches 250–300 kg per square centimeter. What can the curb chain do, a very standard curb chain on a standard curb bit? The curb chain applies pressure to the bone and nerve at an amount of more than 300 kg per square centimeter!Besides the everpopular rollkur collection seen in modern dressage, (see photo at the right), the hyperflexion of the horse's neck paralizes the neck and spinal muscles; its a false collection which leads to the full destruction of the cervical spine, to the full blindness of the horse and to the collaps of all systems of the horse's organism.

Diastema is the place which the bit effects. Here the most sensitive part of trigeminal nerve is located. There is no submucosal layer on the diastema and the bit affects the nerve directly.

Western riding is a pleasant and easy way for a horse to «make friends»

with a human. There is a minimum of «iron», the demands of a human

The cowboys were romanticized and cinematographized in a way that the facts of the real history were shyly withheld. and the truth is that on a Western cattle ranch a horse was nothing more than

a «mobile piece of meat». Modern «cowboys» deliberately and fondly remodel the horse tortures which were never considered tortures in the time of the real cowboys. They weren’t even considered

free man in this branch of entertainment – equestrian sport and other entertainments which involve horses. small kids begin their study when they take a whip. They take it to beat another being. They
