NORTEC NH humidifiers offer complete application

flexibility to systems engineers, contractors and

customers. They can be integrated into central

Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems

or placed in specified locations for individual room

control. Models are available to serve small or large

areas with outputs of 5 - 200 lbs/hr.

Precise control

All NH Series humidifiers have an automatic system test routine, and a display window that provides readouts on operating parameters and self-diagnostic functions, including service indication. The humidifier will make service adjustments automatically or trigger a shutdown while displaying the function requiring operator attention.

NH Series humidifiers can be easily integrated with a central HVAC control system, via a computer interface, for maximum control flexibility. Humidifiers can accept command inputs from a BMS to automatically control the humidifier’s output.

Economy

NORTEC NH Series humidifiers provide lower initial installation costs for the customer. Operating costs are also reduced through efficient steam conversion rates and minimal energy losses due to low hot water drain rates.

NH humidifiers provide clean humidification, reducing air-borne contaminants and subsequent health-related employee absenteeism. Correct interior humidity levels in winter maintain comfort at lower temperatures and can reduce heating costs.

Steam distribution is easily accomplished through either the HVAC duct system or into individual areas through built-on or remote blower packs.

Electrode SteamThe electrode steam system produces pure uncontaminated steam with variable output through electronic power control of the electrodes. Water borne minerals remain in the cylinder and are periodically flushed out through the automatic cylinder drain. Solid mineral scale sinks to the bottom of the cylinder which, when filled with residue, is easily removed and replaced.

Resistive SteamThe resistive element humidifier offers the highest accuracy performance available. the output is variable between 0-100%. The NHDI is designed for use with DI/RO water in tight control applications. When using a high precision humidistat, the NHDI can be accurate to ±1% rh. The NHSC is designed for extreme water conditions. It incorporates the scale collector tank to save time and money during cleaning. The plastic liner ensures the scale accumulating on the tank walls will easily be removed.

NORTEC OnLineNORTEC OnLine is a remote interactive communication package that allows satellite contacts to monitor, maintain and control a humidification center from any location worldwide using standard internet connections. This advanced software shows graphic representations of the humidifier and its key parameters (up to 75 functions).

NORTEC LINKSNORTEC Links offers monitoring and control allowing humidifier(s) to communicate to your Building Management System (BMS). The controller is factory installed and is located internally to the humidifier. Simply specify at time of order what operating protocol you are using – BACnet IP, BACnet MSTP, LonWorks, Modbus or Jonhson N2.
