FINANCE
• On 22nd Dec, we were given the task to calculate the merchandise stocks left.
• The merchandise made is fully hand-made natural raw materials and are prepared by different NGO’s.
• PAWS purchase some of their merchandise from other NGO’s while some are donated.
• These merchandise are sold with 15% profit margin so that it will raise necessary funds.

OPERATIONS
Adoption Process:
• An eight year small girl had found the kitten where she had gone for picnic. She took the kitten home. Since the family was a Gujarati family, they were unable to take care of the kitten. And then they contacted PAWS. An advertisement was published in the DNA newspaper dated 24th December, 2012 for adoption of kitten named ‘Black Mask’. The kitten was given to first caller named Archana Sonavane, Chembur,Mumbai.

detail information about the rescued animals.
• Networking:Social Networking Sites: PAWS connect with youngsters to increase the no. of volunteers via. Facebook, Google Group, Twitter.
Newspaper: To give advertisement about animal adoption and news related to PAWS.
Laptop and Mobile Application: WhatsApp, 160by2, Skype.

• Collection of Animal Food from different stores in Dombivli - 29th December, 2012.
• Promotion Activites was done at Dombivli Railway station where we distributed pamphlets related to Rescuing of Animals, First-Aid, Information about Animal Diseases like Rabies, Laws related to Plants and Animals.

• Extend their operations in Navi Mumbai• Expansion of awareness and promotional
activites by increasing their volunteers in Navi Mumbai and Western Mumbai areas.
• Bring creative merchandise such as Coffee Mugs, Toys, Paintings, etc.
• Work on infrastructure of Murbad centre• Open a small clinic near their office
RECOMMENDATION
• Team PAWS is one of the amazing, dedicated and passionate organization that is being a voice for the voiceless for years.
• Animals are equally important part of the society and that’s why every organization contribute their some part of their time, effort and profit for the Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
