Setting the scene…
A pipe has finally been laid through a village in Sri Lanka bringing water to the area BUT it costs £125 every time we want to link up a house in the village to the main water pipe!
Depending on the money available, some houses may have to miss out this year!
Look at the money we have to spend this year, who do you think needs the water most?
