This new electronically commutated centrifugal brushless fan has been developed for premix condensing gas boilers and other gas appliances in the range up to 150 kBTU/h. Advanced design and engineering tools such as FEM, CFD, DOE testing routines, and Design for Assembly principles were used in developing this product.NG40 is CSA approved and its main features are:
• High “pressure vs. airflow” characteristics with overall blower efficiency maintained above average industry levels
• Wide modulation ratio up to 10:1• Flexibility for various applications - The blower electronics are equipped with a programmable
microcontroller managing several functional curves allowing the NG40 to easily be applied to a wide range of applications
