    have to be examined using an

    interdisciplinary approach, a re-

    evaluation of the classical sciences, afundamental change in the points ofviews and techniques used to study,model and predict such complexsystems.

    Complexity is not a methodology or a set of tools (although it doesprovide both). It certenly is not a management fad. The Science ofComplexity provide a conceptual framework, a way of thinking, a wayof seeing the World
