Testimonial to Factory-Built Home Durability

From: Rob Childs [mailto:[email protected]]Sent: Wednesday, September 13, 2017 6:58 AMTo: Raymond Manzer <[email protected]>Subject: RE: Champion Modular Home, 25375 4th Street, Summerland Key, FL 33042

Good Morning Ray,

Please see the attached picture of the home that Champion built for us after it survived a direct hit from Irma. I cannot tell you how worried my wife and I were as Irma approached and the eyewall struck and how worried we have been waiting for news of the condition of the house. We feared the worst based upon the news and pictures coming from the Keys.

Late last night our son found the attached picture on social media and this morning a friend with a satellite phone confirmed that there appeared to be no damage to the house. No one has been inside yet but from what we are seeing and what we heard from our friend we anticipate little or no water damage inside.

Gail and I are more than impressed with the job that Champion did and we want to make sure that you know that you can use us as a reference. There will be a lot of people in the Keys and other hurricane prone locations in the southeast looking for new homes and ours is a testimonial to the quality of the product that Champion produces. Will send more and better pictures when we can get into the Keys.

Best regards,

Rob
