Deputy Programme Director (2 positions)The Deputy Programme Director will support the Programme Director in all aspects of programme management on our high school programme. The role oversees academic teaching, excursions and activities, student welfare, and day-to-day running of the programme. The Deputy Programme Director will delegate tasks effectively to team members and when necessary, resolve enquiries, and liaise with teaching staff.

Programme Administration AssistantThroughout our programmes, there are a number of administrative tasks to be completed. The successful applicant will work closely with our Junior Dean of Academic Affairs and assist in the preparation of teaching materials and assessments, manage large amounts of student data through online systems, process information obtained at delegate arrivals and departures. The successful candidate should be extremely organised, comfortable with working on the computer, and have a good knowledge of Windows One Drive, Google Drive, Excel, and Windows and Apple devices.

Junior Dean of Excursions & Activities (Easter & Summer position available)Throughout our programmes, we have an extensive social schedule of activities and excursions. The Junior Dean is responsible for the successful coordination and organisation of this schedule. The successful applicant will work on itineraries for staff and delegates, liaise constantly with coach companies, organisations, and attractions, delegate tasks to team members and hold regular meetings. The position requires excellent organisation skills, the ability to multitask, and strong initiative. Previous experience of events management, or summer schools is desirable.

Junior Dean of Student WelfareThe Junior Dean of Student Welfare is responsible for the day-to-day management of delegate needs and enquiries. This includes but is not limited to:• Ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of

delegates on the programme through organising and liaising with private transport companies

• Monitoring any outstanding delegate financials• Act as ‘first point of contact’ on campus for any

emergencies.• Resolving daily student enquiriesThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, cope well with pressure, have the ability to make decisions quickly, and a positive working attitude. A first aid certificate and experience of working in a summer school environment are desirable. This is a residential position for the period of July-early September. Applicants should be available from mid-June.

Delegate AdvisorsOur delegate advisors assist with the daily running of CBL International’s programmes taking place in Oxford during the summer. Successful applicants will interact with our extremely international delegations, therefore we are looking for extremely enthusiastic and outgoing candidates who show a high-level of initiative. The nature of the job is fast-paced, and you will be required to assist in a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, assisting faculty members, accompanying delegates on excursions and activities, coordinate evening activities, ensure the smooth-running of the CBL International conference office, and assist with arrivals and departures. Applicants should be available from mid-June. All positions offer a competitive remuneration, meals on duty, and an enjoyable working environment in the city centre with a very international group of students.
