You don’t have to enter every technically correct term for skills or experiences. The profiles in the VCrawl database will be loaded and displayed automatically so that the search engine can work with every search phrase and deliver a fitting result.

VCrawl can take over all new recruiting projects directly from the CRM system. You do not utilize a CRM system? Directly within VCrawl we offer customer service and the option to directly register recruiting projects.

One click is enough to publish these projects on different platforms and portals (i.e.: GULP or Freelancer.de) as well as on your own homepage. This way you will be able to reach new applicants for your recruiting projects and your candidate- database will being to grow by itself.

You will always be able to see the current state of every recruiting project in one place. This is ensured by our recruiting cockpit RECO. Here you will be able to find all recruiting projects as well as their current states in one place in a concise manner. Via a mouseover you will be able to see a short description of each project’s requirements. With one click you will be able to see the candidates that were assigned to this project and to have its current status displayed to you. You want to skip to view the project directly or to jump to the project of one of the assigned candidates? No problem, both are just also just one click away.

PAMA PRE-ASSIGNMENTMAIL AUTOMATION

VCrawl can generate a search string via its AI, according to the defined must-have skills and the task description. During this process, search phrases will be combined with synonyms in order to expand the candidate pool.

The process of working on every recruiting project will run through several stages and create tasks that have to be worked through in a structured manner.

Assigned: Suitable candidates were manually or via PAMA assigned to the recruiting project.

Availiable: Assigned candidates have set themselves as available or were contacted by the recruiter.

Sent to Sales: The recruiter suggests one or more suitable candidates to sales. VCrawl will create a task and the sales employees will be sent an eMail with the CVs of the suggested candidates which can be immediately checked, on mobile as well.

Accepted or Refused by Sales: The Sales employee will rate the candidate suggestion with an AA, A, B or C and accepts or declines the suggestion.

Profile sent to Sales: As soon as a candidate’s profile is submitted, VCrawl will create a task and the sales employee will receive an email and can check the profile instantly, via the phone as well. Profil accepted or refuesed by Sales: The recruiter is given the information that the sales employee requires some changes to the candidate’s profile or has accepted it.

Profil sent to Client: The sales employee offers the candidate’s profile to a client.

Profil accepted or refused by Client: If the client has accepted the candidate’s profile, an appointment for an interview can be set up. VCrawl will create a task for this.

Interviewing Candidate: The Client will interview the client. VCrawl will create a task for this and informs the recruiter.

Candidate accepted or refused by Client: This stage ends the process.
