Sent to Sales: The recruiter suggests one or more suitable candidates to sales. VCrawl will create a task and the sales employees will be sent an eMail with the CVs of the suggested candidates which can be immediately checked, on mobile as well.

Accepted or Refused by Sales: The Sales employee will rate the candidate suggestion with an AA, A, B or C and accepts or declines the suggestion.

Profile sent to Sales: As soon as a candidate’s profile is submitted, VCrawl will create a task and the sales employee will receive an email and can check the profile instantly, via the phone as well. Profil sent to Client: The sales employee offers the candidate’s profile to a client.

Profil accepted or refused by Client: If the client has accepted the candidate’s profile, an appointment for an interview can be set up. VCrawl will create a task for this.

Interviewing Candidate: The Client will interview the client. VCrawl will create a task for this and informs the recruiter.

Candidate accepted or refused by Client: This stage ends the process.
