Arising from the requirements of Bosch's own plants, NEXEED optimizes automation, production and intralogistics processes with regard to transparency, agility, costs, quality and time for customers and partners. Associates are optimally supported in their diverse range of tasks. Bosch Connected Industry continues to develop its portfolio at locations in Germany, Hungary and China.

Nexeed Automation Portfolio

In addition to the Control plus software system, Nexeed Automation offers a variety of products that can be used independently of the Control plus basic system.

Our controller-independent software system, Control plus, offers an engineering environment based on a modular principle, provides user-friendly and standardized user interfaces, and networks your machines simply and efficiently.

Depending on demands and requirements, the base system can be supplemented at any time with various technology packages in the areas of robotics, dispensing and image processing. The 3D simulation environment we provide also enables virtual commissioning, which can greatly reduce machine cycle times.

Machine operation is also ensured. Evaluations can be efficiently carried out, machine states or even sources of errors can be determined by the operator with the help of our assistance systems, which can be found as an application on your control unit.

In addition, our ECAE solution makes it possible to easily transfer data from the electrical design into the Control plus software system. Device information and remote updates can also be managed centrally by the Device Portal.

Control plus is a toolbox-based development environment for modular mechanical engineering. It offers a full range of modular elements that can be used to address a wide range of machines in the same way. The model-based engineering allows a machine configuration independent of the controller manufacturer. Control plus software supports the control platforms of various providers. The current portfolio can be found in the section "Hardware Components." Control plus also includes a user interface with which machine operators, service personnel and experts can optimally interact with a machine. This is generated in a partially automated way, saving a lot of time during creation.

In addition, the system offers additional evaluations such as a message history, production statistics or a simple shift planner.

A flexible interface for connecting to higher-level IT systems completes the product. Depending on the configuration, this provides a wide range of machine data for other IT systems. The use of standardized communication protocols allows any IT systems to be connected.
