This Newsletter

is private to

newsletter is

not for your

Also since this

newsletter is

dedicated to

R.E. Bradley, as

such, all the

quotes are from

Please read the articles in this newsletter from left to right. This newsletter is best read by printing it out. If not, then please scroll all the way down to read it all.

R.E. Bradley / September 22, 1923 ---January 06,2014

May he rest in peace

The last time R.E. Bradley’s son, J.L. Bradley (CEO) spoke to him at the hospital at 6 pm on January 05, 2014, they reminisced about the company and about his life. They both knew that at age 90 and facing a serious health matter that put him in the hospital, meant he most likely

memory journey 74 years into the past: “I grew up in Sweetwater, Oklahoma, and my friends and I worked at my parent’s farm starting at age 16. I wanted adventure so I started hopping freight trains with my friends to various destinations” (see below for continuation of R.E. Bradley story)

Jima in the South Pacific with the Marines and was there at the official flag raising ceremony When the war was over I was still young and moved to Richmond, California where I worked for the Richmond Housing Authority doing security work for them. I purchased a dump truck and a tractor and I would start

doing some hauling of topsoil and gravel for the housing authority. Before I knew it I had three trucks and several construction equipments. I landed a contract with the Tidewater Oil Company doing all their underground gravel deliveries at all the locations they were putting in underground pipe. Article continues on page 2

R.E.Bradey was at the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima in World War 2 when in the U.S. Marine Corp “Our GRW agency contract

R.E. Bradley

My business expanded and I had to rent facilities to store my many trucks and many tractors. I at that time had many employees. I had long since left the Richmond Housing Authority and my business was inundated with customers.

R.E. BRADLEY STORY CONTINUES FROM PAGE 1 BELOW:

I remember flying to some countries and bombs had gone off at the airport and even the day before at the hotel I was staying at. I told my wife about it and she wanted me to come home. I was not deterred and stayed and finished my business

I had married and had four children and after many years in the construction business lead me to want new ventures. I retired from construction and in the early 1960’s and started selling tractors . I would buy a few and resell them and before I knew it I had a whole yard of

I had the California Highway Patrol (police) follow the transport truck and they stopped it on the highway (weapons drawn) and impounded it until we were paid. The government buyer almost got the tractor to the docks, continue below

I want to start off by

commemorating my father,

R.E, Bradley (founder of

GRW) and his birthday in

the month of September.

He would have been 91

years old in this month of

September.. He passed

away January 06, 2014.

I wish to say also may the

Almighty bless any and all

of those in Africa that

contracted the Elboa virus

and that they may be

healed and others may be

protected from this virus.

So to continue I will go

over some things that

could be useful to your

GRW agency.

On this newsletter there

are many countries that

provided the top two

products exported and

imported to and from their

countries. You could

check over the products ,

especially countries that

are nearer to you and see

if you have buyers for

those products. Or you

could see if you can

provide from direct

producers, products that

provide their DHL courier

account number or pay for

the courier sample.

Courier sample freight

costs run between 125 to

150 dollars approximate.

There are some agencies

that are just putting the

answers to the three

questions on their monthly

report but not the

numbered questions. Mr.

Chavez asked if you could

please put the three

question template on the

monthly report and then

answer under each

question with fresh

information. He

appreciates those who

send in their reports by the

fifth of the month so he

does not have to email

asking for it.

Someone said that the

maiden issue of the GRW

agency newsletter

(August) basically just

revisited most of the things

on the private GRW

agency website other than

given useful information to

them. Yes this was true

and since it was the first

newsletter, we felt it would

be more sureness in you

seeing them than taking

for granted you were

reading them on the

private site.

.

those agencies in other

countries are wanting to

import as their top two

imported goods. You

could then notify GRW

Main at

[email protected]

and the ball starts rolling

on trying to put together a

sale together.. This is how

you as a GRW agency

can benefit. Any countries

not shown on the list or

only shows exports or

imports is because they

did not reply further to our

request in time for

insertion on this

newsletter even though

we emailed asking for it.

How else can this

newsletter help you.. You

could look at the Product

of the Month section of

this newsletter and try

hard to find buyers for

them in your country..This

month the product is

sugar. You can find all the

data under sugar on

can find the freight rates

“I knew clients wanted product direct from the factories, miners, growers, and other direct producers, so I made it a point to ask our GRW agencies to not deal with traders to get products and only from direct producers. “

“If a customer can google

a product and see the price is lower from the direct producer than what we are offering it at should make us use our common sense. We should ask the factories for a discount and use that discount as our commission so the price quoted is the same list price the direct producers would quote the clients if they asked them.” --R.E. Bradley

“ I loved getting up to go to

work every single day as I was anxious to explore new possibilities and new ventures” --R.E. Bradley

I want to say some words

on our founder R.E.

Bradley first:

Brad (as his friends called him) always seemed to know more people than anyone else I ever knew. They were project developers, lenders all over the world, equipment suppliers, & their families. They remembered him, both professionally and personally. He was also extremely knowledgeable on domestic and foreign laws and regulations regarding import/export, lending and developing projects, and what government agencies to contact and often a specific person in that

Ray Porter / President

Our CEO speaks about

this too in his article for

this month.

We would like to see our

GRW agencies utilize the

monthly newsletter to gain

ideas and suggestions on

how to better their GRW

agency. But we would

also like to see GRW

agencies come up with

suggestions for us on what

to add to the newsletter.

You can email our CEO

with your suggestions.

I would like to see you

take the time to go thru our

whole public GRW web

site www.grwglobal.com

agency. He also had an uncanny ability to know who to trust and why. He was a most trustworthy gentleman, but never any snobbery, just a regular guy who treated everyone equal. R.I.P. R.E. “Brad” Bradley.

There are some GRW

agencies that are hitting

the Contact Us button on

the public GRW website

thinking it is the one (per

are to do so weekly..IT IS

NOT. The private agency

do it there then it goes in

your agency file and you

receive an auto

and get to know the

products we do have and

then develop a marketing

plan to market them in

your country. (We have

said it often and Mr.

Bradley has said it, that

there are marketing ideas

on the private GRW

agency web site

www.grwagency.com and

on my old President

reports on the private site

too.

If you are approaching

direct producers of product

in your country for bringing

to GRW to promote, then it

is essential that you

please read the data on

the private site as there

are templates there on

what to say to producers

so the proper GRW way is

followed in any transacting

with producers in your

country. How can you

make money as a GRW

agency? By selling the

product on

www.grwglobal.com into

your country and by

bringing GRW approved

direct producer product to

us for our promotion of

same to buyers worldwide

and via our GRW

agencies.

INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION: In many countries there exists the need for construction of large projects. Via the connections of our GRW agency Malta we can bring forth a international construction firm for those various construction projects. They prefer projects that do not require any tender bidding, and for sure the adequate and strong payment guarantee in place to guarantee payment for the construction work. Joe Bradley / CEO/ Continued: This is the continuation from Page 3

You could then contact the Chamber of Commerce offices in each big cities of your country and ask for importer lists of those who import sugar. You could ask your banker to refer you to customers of the bank that they know import sugar. There are other government and non governmental agencies that can help you with lists of sugar importers. You can go down to your ports and talk to the port authorities about who the big , medium or small sugar importers are that are bringing in sugar to your country. You could go to their offices if you can afford to travel. If finances are an issue and you cannot travel then you could email them or call them or if they have skype (skype is free) you could skype call or skype chat them. You could ask them to visit the sugar section of www.grwglobal.com . It would also behoove you to study the sugar section of the GRW public website so you know all about the sugar so you can properly promote this sugar to your potential clients in your country. Remember this is Icumsa 45 sugar and there are three grades of sugar shown on our website,. So promoting the Product of the Month from this newsletter is another way this newsletter can be useful to you. I personally know of GRW agencies that get up each morning, and they are ready to start the day and see if they can find a new factory product, a new grain, or ore or other product from a direct producer so GRW can promote it to their clients worldwide. They also study the public GRW agency website to see what they can sell into their country. They make phone calls, send emails, hold skype conversations with potential clients (it is free) and if they can afford it then they go see the potential clients. Now this is important: If a GRW agency has another business and they spend little or no time on GRW agency matters then they cannot expect any success with their GRW agency. Respectfully I ask you to seriously consider my preceding statement out of consideration for your GRW agency and out of consideration and respect to GRW Main. There are many countries where there are big opportunities if you are willing to explore them on the things mentioned above. I am hoping many will do everything possible to avail themselves of the opportunities available to you if you put the effort into applying the data on this newsletter, the things showing the GRW way on the private agency site, and any and all things involving the GRW in and out program. Lastly, I want to repeat that for those who are having financial difficulties, we wish to say that you do not need to leave your office or home to reach potential clients. You can email, call, or Skype chat with them or Skype talk with them. The starting point is a marketing plan put together by you to reach your whole country divided into marketing zones. Getting the customer importer and producer exporter lists via the methods previously suggested is the starting point. (end of J.L. Bradley article)

Page 8: Newslettergrwsept2014

Page 8 SETTING UP GRW BI-LATERAL TRADE PROGRAM: GRW sends out emails to GRW agencies letting them know about various programs. Many of the GRW agencies do not avail themselves of the various programs we offer. The GRW Bi-Lateral trade program is one of them. This is where two GRW agencies promote the products of the other country into their respective countries. It is a good way to get business with a country nearby to your country. Someone asked why we quote Pakistan or heavily promote Pakistan goods. The answer Is that Pakistan GRW is the first to reply, the first to offer ideas, the first to try to promote goods from his country.. There are goods like rice, cement, sugar and more all direct from the mills in Pakistan. We wish to also give credit to other agencies that also provide us information and ideas. Pakistan GRW is saying if GRW agencies in Africa want to work together to get goods from Africa and to find solutions to get buyers in your country in Africa for Pakistan goods then if they will follow the below and he will guide them with ideas on securing business for goods from Pakistan into your country: The goal is sales right? Then please read the below.

Sub: Business with African Countries

In order to judge how serious our African Agencies are on wanting to find buyers for Pakistan produced products, then as a first step I would suggest that they follow the suggestions below.

Please secure a list of goods that are being imported from Pakistan into the respective country of each GRW agency in African Region. They may get in touch with CUSTOMS from where they can easily find a list of products imported in a year from different origins. Or they may contact Chamber of Commerce, from there too they could get required information. Or from different shipping companies operating in each respective territory (shipping companies normally keep complete record based on Bills of Lading per voyage. They should also contact Air-Customs for air shipments.

Each agency interested in trade with Pakistan should respond regardless whether zero import from Pakistan, but they should confirm what sort of sources they used for getting the required information. We will have fairly good idea which agencies are keen to develop their business and how serious they are doing business under the umbrella of GRW's platform. If you think my first step's idea would not work then we will have to think some other ideas, and I am open to suggestions.

On receipt of genuine response from the GRW Agencies to GRW Main from the African Region, I will have a plan to promote Pakistan origin goods in the African, or any other country wanting to do business with Pakistan.

Sincerely,

GRW Representative Pakistan

Editor Note: (This same method applies to any GRW agency in any area of the world wanting to do the GRW Bi-Lateral trade program with a country nearby to them) . Please email [email protected] with your questions on the above or your interest in business with Pakistan or your interest in a joining the GRW Bi-Lateral trade program with a country close to your country.
