The French website Zoover.fr has interviewed 17.000 web surfers on this issue and the Survey delivered great results as far as Belgium is concerned:

Belgium holds the 3rd position in this ranking, Austria and Spain achieving respectively the 1st and 2nd position.Switzerland, France and England occupy the bottom end of the ranking, and this position seems rather suprizing for the French authorities… who award nevertheless Belgium the title of most hospitable country.

Make your own opinion, by coming to Liege. You will, with no doubt, appreciate the friendly and warm atmosphere of the Ardent City.

Which are the most welcoming European countries ? Belgium in Top 5 !
