Sreenidhi school of Management studies is differentiated with other colleges by a unique method called Mentoring , which is well designed by the Director SMS Sri Y.Satyanarayana Garu who actually underwent this method when he was at Harvard Business school. Under this method, the student chooses a faculty member as his/her own mentor. The mentor interacts with the student periodically , taking care of his attendance, marks and performance at the classes. The mentor counsels the student if something is wrong or if he is not upto the mark.
