I would like to take this opportunity to thank retiring BOM member Barry Macoustra for his 6 years service, particularly as Chairman of the Junior Committee and Social Committee. Changes to the format for the playing of the Club Championships recommended by the Match and Greens Committee will be introduced at next year’s event. The top 12 gross players in each grade after two rounds will qualify for the final two rounds. Ties will be decided by count-back. Nearest The Pin MarkersThose playing competition golf are asked to be careful to ALWAYS replace a NTP marker

that has been moved for line of putt purposes. And to place the marker with the arrow directed to the hole.

Some players have recently been disappointed at the “no winner” tag on results sheetsthat they were clearly listed as a contender for. Investigation has discovered that markers

have been dislodged from the green & not replaced.
