Art Week We are very grateful for the huge turnout of parents and
relatives who came into school on Friday
4th November to view the children’s
fantastic art work. The children spent
several afternoons researching their
artists and practising techniques before
creating their
finished pieces or
artwork. Our
teaching assistants
did a super job of
displaying the
artwork and the
children were
extremely proud of
themselves when they visited
the exhibition and saw how
stunning their work looked.
Children in Need 2016 The Big Spotacular - Friday 18th November
On Friday 18th November we will be raising much needed funds for the
very worthy charity ’Children in Need’. We are inviting children and staff to attend school on this day in non-uniform and go spot mad for a
small donation of £1 per child. Children can join in with the spotty
theme, wear pyjamas or fancy dress, the choice is yours! (please ensure they still bring a
coat and sensible footwear for the outdoors).

Parents Evening Have you made an appointment for parents evening?
You should have received a text message link to book an appointment. If you are having problems or have not received a message please contact the school office.
This is an ideal opportunity to discuss your child's progress and any concerns you may have.
Winter Has Arrived! Now we are experiencing winter weather please
ensure your child wears a winter waterproof coat and appropriate footwear to school each day. Thank you.
No Sweets in School Please We would like to ask parents and carers not to supply
sweets to children for break and lunchtimes. Not only are they bad for your teeth, sweets can be a chocking hazard especially when running around at playtime. Thank you for
your co-operation.
