‘World Ready Youth’ e-Comic is the brainchild of some eight Secondary 2 Language Arts students. Started as one of Nur Amira Bte Roslan’s creative expressions of our school values in the form of a comic strip, this project soon took off in an unexpected and elaborate way when her form teacher chanced upon her drawings and noticed her artistic talents. With the teacher’s encouragement and guidance, Amira – and a group of friends who share similar passion for drawing: Zainurwarna, Wilbur Lim, Lynne Chia, Teresa Lye, Odessa Ling, Cheryl Lim and Nur Amirah – began their own journey of discovery and learning as they committed themselves tirelessly to months of creating, composing and compiling the comics. Presented in both a user-friendly and an environmentally-conscious manner, this digital production provides an informative read about our school’s vision, mission, values and niche programmes through a simple tale of two characters, narrating their multi-faceted school life throughout their years in Compassvale Secondary School.

*Contents of the e-Comic may also be found on our school website.
